Dr Martin Fox is a wonderful GP, non-judgemental and respectful. Highly recommend this practice!

As someone who comes after living UK, first thing i have noticed that the GP is absolutely beautiful, reception looks like hotel lobby, that itself give great first impression. Doctor was very friendly and chatty, was looked after and given prescriptions. I used this clinic as a tourist, with AirDoctor app, was great to see that clinics like that participate with travel insurance.

Worst clinic ever, they just try to make money from your pocket. They don’t release your medical report to you, receptionist is very rude. Asking for $20 just print the reports and book another appointment with gp to get the permission to print report. Don’t come here, they are just greedy.

Very well maintained. We took for 18 month child here. Getting appointment was quick and easy. The GP was very friendly and our kid was treated well. Great experience!

Booked a covid vaccination with a nurse and she attended me for that easy injection after 25 mins delay! This was despite the fact that she wasn't busy at all and I requested the receptionists twice for an update as I'm a medical doctor and had to be heading to my shift at hospital.
The nurse didn't seem to be interested in what she was doing and was very adamant. Is that a right person for the job? Not sure!

I haven’t attended there as a patient for nearly ten years but my partner did just recently and was quite impressed by the comprehensive attention afforded to him by the physician

Had an emergency visit today due to chronic pain. Booking was very easy over the phone. Receptionist was very professional and polite. Got to see Dr. Sara Vali. The most polite, knowledgeable and helpful Doctor. Thank you so much for your help to all the staff. Highly recommend this Medical Centre.

Excellent treatment for a condition I experienced whilst on holiday as a visitor to Australia.

Excellent service as always. When Dad needs medical care or advice I'm happy to make the trip to Southgate Medical. Dr Fox and all staff at Southgate Medical are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Definitely worthwhile for those who still value having a regular primary care physician.

Very much appreciated assistance and care, when referred to the practise due to my usually GP being on leave. When feeling less than average, it’s imperative to feel well looked after.

Easy to make an appointment and Dr Roberts was lovely. They were also able to fit me in for pathology on the same day. Super convenient.

I absolutely detest visiting doctors but all the staff were welcoming and very caring. I have already recommended this clinic to other people after one visit there.

I've visited this clinic a couple of times now and have had a really great experience each time. The staff are really lovely / helpful and I've always found it easy to book in an appointment time with them.

Amazing caring doctors, incredible support staff it's a delight to visit even if you are there for the wrong reasons!

Location is easy to find.the medical centre is close to the pharmacy. Sara V is very nice.fantastic experience.

Friendly doctor, nice customer service, short waiting time. Plus if you behave well they give you a lollipop.
