I called and asked if they accept care plans and i can get my three free physio sessions there. They said yes booked me in. Waited for me to arrive then told me at Counter its paid and you get some back from medicare. So dodgy. Will never return again even to pay for a private session based on their unethical practices. And she even had the nerve to tell me I'd struggle to find free physio sessions on care plan these days.found sports and spinal bentleigh straight away and they booked me in and confirmed they bulk bill under the care plan.so nice try. They figure once you get there you'll just pay. Even tried to mislead me, initially stating you just pay the first session then the rest are free but then when i clarified said no they are all paid.and none are bulk billed. Of course! Whatever you can do to scam someone! I hear a lot of physios have left this practice.for good reason i bet.

Stephanie is unbelievably rude. Halfway through a conversation she picked up the phone and cut me off.

Maria (the Myotherapist) was recommended by someone and she absolutely brilliant. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Booked out well in advance, but worth the wait!

The physiotherapist is brilliant and really helpful in looking after your health. Reception staff are very friendly and do a great job!

Patrick is an excellent practitioner with great patient care, I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I cannot thank Rob enough for his amazing support in helping me rehab a fractured ankle in preparation for a trek of the Pilberra. I have no doubt his positive attitude, expertise and exercise regime ensured I healed strongly and quickly. The trek went off without a hitch. Thank you to Rob and all staff for offering such high quality customer service and very effective care!

I took my 12yo son there for a sports injury they guys there were helpful, caring and professional, i would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in there this afternoon and asked the front desk if there were any appointments for remedial massage. Front desk was grumpy and did not care just said “we are booked for the whole month” and that was the end of conversation. She did not bother to give me an option to book any available appoitnments after too. On asking which one is available she got irate and looked and said rudely “sometime in the first week of July”.
No courtesy to offer me any appointments.
I have visited here before with the same experience. Only reason I went in there was I liked Bronte who treated me once before.
Poor service and will not prefer to go here again.

Tim was an absolute star of a physio. Helped me get my knee back on the right track after surgery in a safe, controlled and measured way. With his help, we got me back into the gym quicker than anticipated!

Have been using SSPC for many years and always been very happy with the treatment and advice. Anthony and Rob have both been great in looking after me and i have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Grumpy front desk, charging $2 for disposable face masks despite walking 800m with painful back issue. No response to post-treatment email requesting info on rehab exercises. Just don't seem to care about their clients.

What a great job Anthony Lance has done for years. Recently been seen by Chris Gurr. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful physio he's been! Wouldn't recommend any other clinic

Anthony, Nathan and the team have a terrific approach to patient care and I highly recommend them for musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation!

Rob looks after a number of our runners. They are super well looked after, have access to a great gym for rehab and I’m always kept up to date with their progress with regular email.

Had a great service Michelle was wonderful gentle as I'm nervous and really took great care of me.

Been here to get a lot of injuries fix up, whether it's calf related or another injury. Lots of physios on the books and all very helpful in getting you back to fitness.

Dealt with both Nathan & Nick. Both very attentive, friendly and solutions based. Would highly recommend.

Terrible. From the second I met the physio he was rushing me in, so he could rush me out.

I felt like because I haven't completed a full marathon, I'm not considered a "Real Runner" so he didn't listen to me at all. In amongst the blanket advice (that any person on the street could give) he told me that I should run more, but also run less. And then tried to sell me some gadget.

Unless you're a professional athlete, I wouldnt bother, you're not important enough, so you're wasting his time.

Amazing physio. The young blonde Irish lady who works there addressed ongoing issue and I am proud to say I'm now healed thanks to her and I've never felt better. Certainly recommending to friends and family.
