I enrolled in this school. The location is beautiful, the library is awesome, and a few part time lecturers are professional and nice. Funny thing is if you take a closer look, the course material remains low quality as long as 10 years without update; the Chinese medicine Programe director know nothing about Chinese medicine and is majored in Sports and Myotherapy; a well-known abusive senior lecture being work there for 10 years, continuing lying, bullying and getting complaints; if there is an issue, (eg.abuse, harassment, bullying, discrimination, grade appeals etc,) the school policy looked like a white elephant. You will see the the bureaucratic, unprofessional and disorganization. The school is not working on providing a safe study environment, you will stressed out (tuition is not cheap). It will be a misfortune experience. All school has pros and cons, but if it reaches to a point seems like joke, you will need to consider. I don’t recommend study here, 1, private university doesn’t have proper system to train their staff and monitor their performance, it’s all depend on individual awareness. 2, it is harder to protect your rights comparing to public universities 3, the quality of education is not guaranteed, as when their reputation collapsed, they can simply change a name of the school, but the board of the director will be the same people. Four years is not short, I wish I had chosen a better place to spend time for the precious learning. For the sake of your mental health, go bigger uni like Bundoora.

The lecturers and student services are very prompt and helpful.

But the IT department is the worst. They are beyond incompetent. They either mess up the exam results release, or mess up your modules on Blackboard. And they take forever to fix their mess.

I’m enrolled at SSNT and I love the location of the campus, the range of teachers, and the students that make up this wonderful institution. SSNT is a queer and trans friendly place to study, with a great library holding thousands of books and magazines on natural health. I recommend studying here, and the wellness clinic is also pretty great (and cheap!) for a range of treatments if you’re a student.

Absolute worst student help team. Peter in particularly, is one of the rudest, obnoxious receptionists I have ever come across. Do not study here, they will just stress you out. It's not worth it. Disgraceful behaviour. And they actually support this from the top.

Sometimes it would just be cheaper to address and fix the problem. Maybe one day I will be inebriated and successful enough in true Fitzy fashion to get my HECS debt all over again (and multiply it some) so I can enrol here and then know what I am talking about. In the meantime.pour anyone unfortunate enough who can't cut off the riff raff.
Jim Jones would even have driven his bus past some people.
Was one great supervisor though who actually knew what several martial arts were about. Final demonstration of this fact was moving on.
Thanks for whatever help I did receive.

Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and pain. The student that was treating me was great. The supervisor didn't know what the heck she was talking about. She suggested that I take herbs, and over the weeks it made me very sick. My tongue had changed colour and looked like it has been slashed. I had liver marks on my face. The student looked at me and saw the negative changes. The supervisor on the other hand said i was improving.just needed more herbs to fix the new issues. I feel like the supervisor had no clue and instead of helping the student and listening to the student and patient, she was just exercising authority.
