I utilised Thong's services for his Myotherapy skills. Not only was I feeling a tonne better than when I went in, but I felt that way with EACH appointment I had!
He was cautious of my body, he got to know me so well, that he just new what was needed, and always stopped if I was in pain, or uncomfortable.
If I could recommend ANY Myotherapist, in the South-east suburbs, it would be Thong.
And working out of a physiotherapy office, gives access to ALL services possibly required.
Thong also will let NDIS patients come through, and have the bill paid within a few days.
I could not appreciate this man more.

Today, I went here for some official reason.the lady in reception was very rude. She didn't know how to talk with any person. Not welcoming, not any kind of professionalism. It was a very bad experience in the early morning.

Please avoid such places.

Tony Davis would have to be the worst health worker I have ever encountered!
On my first visit, he asked me to answer three questions, if that! He had me, while sitting, rotate my head to the left and to the right and up and down not circular. At this point he concluded that I am not fixable only manageable! (trying for return visits!?) Does he know enough about me at this stage to conclude anything? I think not!
In contrast, my myotherapist filled in a detailed form, asked me numerous questions and took numerous notes and concluded that she wanted to help me.
He said now, I'll massage to give you some relief. Of the four muscles he did slightly touch the softness of his massage only did one thing frustrate me.
Rip off merchant! What else can I do to have him disbarred? !

6 years later, i've been massaging my neck continuously, and i've almost fixed it! Don't go to the professionals, it's in their interest to have you continually coming back, unfixable.you can do it!

Get rid of the old receptionist lady she’s definitely over her job and doesn’t know customer service. Tony should look into hiring someone else.

Dr Tony is really polite with refugee patients even though its hard for my Mom to communicate in English. It's really nice that we see some people who understand the situation of non speaking english people and try to make a nice atmosphere and communication with them. Dr Tony give my Mom nice treatment.

The team are amazing apart from one particular reception staff member that provides poor service. They are disrespectful, condescending and their communications style is best described as passive aggressive. It's a pity because the allied health staff member I see there is extremely professional and diligent.

The first contact with any organisation or service is the Receptionist or the telephone operator. That is what you call warm, friendly customer care that allows to build the immediate connection and trust with the place, its people and services. I hope Dr. Tony would look into this department of his clinic, as I strongly feel his reputation and impeccable service somewhat depends on his receptionist/ telephone operator, especially for a first-time client.

Tony, Brendan and the team are an amazing group of people who care deeply for their clients. Recommend them highly to anyone requiring physio services. Special mention to a great Reception Team waiting to greet you upon arrival.
