The house is looks new, big, clean and so functional.

They provide all necessary stuff as same as your home (Hair dryer, Iron, Rice cooker, Pan, etc.)

Check in, Check out process is easy. Dont worry. There is a Phone call in front of the door, and push the button to call the reception. They will tell you room number
When checkout, the kitchen must be kept clean, but they provide Washing machine then just drop the key in the box.

Parking lot is available and big enough

Our go to place for accommodation for every Great Ocean Road trip.
Villas were equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ & 2 bedrooms & an upper loft with 2 single beds.
The property was clean & reasonably priced.

The villa is very big and there're 3 bedrooms. My kids really enjoyed staying there after the great ocean road trip. The villa located near the entrace of port campbell and a 5-10 minutes walk to the restaurants area.

Very relaxing. Quiet, comfortable and spotless. Lovely outdoor area to sit and eat or read. Very spacious, has everything you need.

Shocking customer service and rude manager. Accommodation nothing to write home about! Never again. The End.

Friendly, helpful and down-to-earth staff behaviour I think they had a master's in handling people Modern, clean and spacious 3BHK rooms which can accommodate a large family.
Overall we had a memorable and awesome stay here.

Disappointing that you tried to DENY feedback and blame it on an innocent place. The receptionist over the phone was rude and racist to me. If you don’t have a receptionist, then I am to believe it was you as the owner, who I spoke to and dared to be so horrible. Your place is a motel. It is a line of houses available to rent. Do you not even know what kind of business you are running? Again, I am not your first bad review. Hope you learn some morality and be a better person for yourself and the guests you seek money from.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible place. Absolutely horrifying service. The receptionist are RACIST and very rude. Cheapskate motel and does not prioritise their guests. If you check the reviews you will also find that others have been victim to their horruble service. Save your money, stay elsewhere cleaner and better.

Wonderful stay, with generous and comfy cabins that are nicely priced. A stones throw from the centre of Port Campbell. Quiet and surrounded by native vegetation. Only 10 mins drive to 12 Apostles.

Just a quick note that each villa is self contained and has three bedrooms on two levels. There is only one bathroom (shower closet) and attached kitchenette. There is washing machine and dryers provided as well as free wifi. Located close to the town centre.

After driving 3.5hours with my wife and 2 kids we turned up to a room that smelt damp as soon as we walked in. Along with that the place was nothing like the pictures with the outdoor deck old and extremely weathered. We decided due to the dampness and smell that it was not safe staying there.

We were there for no more than 15min after a 3.5 hour drive. I rung Angela who after arguing my reasons for being unsatisfied, offered for us to see another room. We saw the other room which was exactly the same and again anything like the pictures online. We were utterly disappointed and felt misled. I rung her again and told her we are going to leave.
Angela said that cancellation refunds are only available 7 days before arrival! This was not a cancellation! We turned up and we were not happy. We were not willing to stay in this place that stunk, was damp and presented nothing like the pictures. To make matters worse, Angela was extremely rude and refused to listen to my reasons and offered no refund! She said "leave if you want but thats on you, you're not getting a refund"

7 hours total driving and spent 15min in a accommodation that we, the customer was NOT HAPPY and wanted our full refund.

What sort of human being thinks this is logical?

On morals I beg everyone to NOT stay here!

Angela treated me so badly, and did not refund me my $1200 when we spent no more than 15min in this accommodation.

Please DO NOT book here! Go down to Appolo Bay or Lorne where you'll find much nicer accommodation and much better staff to deal with.

Angela, How DARE you think it's ok to treat someone like this. You're a theif.

Fantastic!
Beautiful house located in a small town Port Campbell and we absolutely had a great time staying in the house. Receptionist was friendly and sweet. They have their own parking space available in the area. That save up a lot of time and money.

The house itself is clean and had enough beds and kitchen utensils.

Waking up to the backyard which looks like a bush area made us reflect on the night before, we’re lucky there’s no other wild animals intrusion. Aha. It was a really nice place for a chill out and a drink in the morning.

We will be back for more nights!

Villa was very neat and tidy. It was as advertised. Heater in the main room was a radiator only so it was not very effective. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very clean, well kept gardens, and secluded great appliances and kitchen, certainly be back soon, lovely host.

Loved the stay. Nice cosy rooms, family space opens up to a nice outside sitting area. Clean n tidy! Nice service. Good for a vacation with family and friends!

Genuinely amazing! Was a lovely place to stay, a very well designed, clean house. The rooms were spacious and well placed and the cooling in the upstairs room was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

The photos are false advertisement.
The bed sheets stank.
The room didn’t have a garden view we were facing the neighbours backyard shed. They said we have a bbq in the room it was a lie.
Spider web on the kitchen bench with ants walking along the bench.
Was a horrible stay don’t rate it at all.

We stayed for 1 night in a very spacious unit with 3 beds downstairs & 2 upstairs. The unit had everything we needed. The only negative point was the bathroom ventilation fan, it was so noisy that we couldn't turn it on
