For 20 kg of pork mince to make my sausages and when I was there he was taken out of a tub full of water and there was too much tendons in my meat not enough fat my sausages are hanging up at the moment and they’re horrible

Enthusiastically assured by the man who served me that the goat, "diced, pre-weighed and frozen in kilo lots for your convenience" was bone free. I asked numerous times during the transaction if that was indeed the case and was guaranteed that all the bone was cut away so I was only paying for the meat.
I felt a kilo was sufficient for my needs as it was all meat (was overcharged slightly but that didn't bother me too much - I was getting a great deal after all, right?) Once defrosted I find it's virtually ALL bone! Apparently I'm supposed to feed a family of 5 on 1kg of bones with some chunks of meat clinging to them.
Now I know why it's not displayed and double bagged by the time they hand it over. Deceitful and misleading.
