Southern Light Herbs

Wow interesting reading the negative reviews about Southern Light herbs. I've been buying herbs from these guys for the past year. I'm the most fussy herb buyer ever. I ask a million questions and have repeatedly picked the phone ladies mind for info on shipping. They have been extremely tolerant and accomodating. The quality of their herbs are amazing.

The go to supplier for all my herbal needs, friendly staff, quick deliveries and most importantly premium quality organic product! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best:)

I was fortunate enough to complete work experience for my naturopathic studies at Southern Light Herbs, where the people within the business were very accommodating and generous with their time.
It is obvious in speaking and working alongside the owners that they put quality first and are invested in building great relationships with their customers over the long term.
Very willing to take the time to answer questions and provide solutions for any customer concerns, and overall extremely kind and knowledgable people in general.

Long time customer of Southern Light but we are moving to a different tea supplier due to astonishingly poor customer service from a lady called Kirra. Do not use these guys. Bad communication, cant deliver on time, and do not understand the needs/requirements of our cafe. I'm frustrated I even have to give them 1 star.
