4Purchased vacuum hose $200 and wall socket $50. Went to return wall socket only to be told In no uncertain terms refunds not entertained. This is totally against accc consumer laws. Do not shop here given unscrupulous business activities

Dropped off my ducted vac to have the motor replaced, John and the team were very helpful. Got my working vac back within 3 days, great service, highly recommend.
We bought Cyclo Vac from their Frankston store years ago. A total shock when it came time for service, service person was not from theit centre without my knowledge. After the service call, I rang to give feedback. John was abrupt, impatient, has no skills to make a good impression. Don't bother.
