Avoid avoid wast of time forget to check you in all time, book in with incorrect specialist all time and not let you know in advance when a doctor is away. Real same as been going here for over 20 years.

This clinic is one of the best. A special thankyou to Dr Sandhu for the past 25 years has been a dedicated outstanding, professional and compassionate GP truly one of a kind.

Staff are amazing, they have sense of urgency when we need them and takes good care of patients.
Doctors are informative, polite and compassionate.

Southern Cross Medical Centre has professional, compassionate and caring Doctors, nurses and receptionist.

It was 7 yrs ago when I discovered this gem; houseful of wonderful doctors, & staff, their services are exemplary.

In particular Dr Su, who has been my go to Gp. She treats patients with utmost care, diligent in follow up progress and direct delivery of feedback good or bad.

Dr Su and other doctors who I had consultations previously in the clinic were always respectful, treated you as a person rather than a number. All of them truly embodies "human care".

I highly recommend Southern Cross Medical Centre, Dr Su, and all the Doctors.

This clinic is a disgrace! Every appointment I have ever made I have waited an hour at minimum. Sometimes 2 HOURS! Even after waiting, they treat you with contempt. I have been denied antibiotics for infections, denied a referral for an iron infusion elsewhere because the doctor obviously didn’t like me going to another clinic. The doctors are extremely discriminative as well and prioritise their own beliefs and values over your own. Doctors refused to see me and even give me referrals to other clinics for procedures I NEEDED because it “didn’t align with their beliefs”. Since when can doctors refuse treatment or referrals based on their OWN religions and beliefs? Absolutely disgusting and I’m glad I don’t have to ever come back to this clinic again.

Mikayla was so pleasant and friendly.wish all the receptionists were like her. There was one more that was very kind and patient and friendly as well.can't remember her name. I'll have to get it the next time.

My partner and I have been visiting this clinic for many years and I am very happy with doctor and nurses care. As a patient who experience two transpants in the past I use to be very sick and visiting cliniq some period on daily basis.
In this occasion I want to mention my experience from week ago in Southern Cross.
That day I feel unwell and didn't have chance to get appoitmnet, So I dicade to walk in and wait. I was very scared because I used to see just my doctor as he was only I really trust.
Not long after my arriving I get chance to meet DR. A. Sharma and there was suprise for me. He spend certain amount of time asking me question, lisening. He check everything in a details, made call to my specialist in Alfred hospital to consult. I feel I am in safe hands. He know what he is doing.
I want to thank to Dr Sharma and SCMC for look after me.

My family and I have been attending SCMC for 20 years, since our kids where little. We have always seen Dr Paul Sandhu and if he is unavailable, Dr Celeste Nguyen. We have always been very happy with Dr Sandhu, he always listen to your concerns and is quick to act if there are any issues. My children now bring their children to see Dr Sandhu. Heres hoping he never retires.

Terrible staff in the front desk. And a rude dr (Srabonti Hazra). Do not recommend this centre and dr at all.

They used to be really good but I tried calling them to make an appointment with any doctor for an Implanon removal for anytime this week and was told to call back tomorrow as the receptionist could not tell me if they had any appointments available for any doctors.

My partner also went there and received terrible care, he was told he didn't need to pay so he left, only for them to call him later that day demanding payment.

I have had a great experience at Southern Cross Medical Centre. The staffs are very professional, friendly and highly competent. A great environment and excellent health professionals that cater for their patients needs holistically.

From the common cold to spider bites to getting stitches, I love this place.
The young 2 nurses were friendly very professional and made me feel at ease, Dr Cheryl is caring and great Dr that I trust immensely

I have had some fairly serious problems with my legs over past 7 years.been to many doctors and no one has been able to help.always to hard 2×surgery and month in Dandenong hospital.a friend told me to see dr Cheryl Lee. Wow she is amazing.so professional so helpful.nothing is a problem.and in two months her and nurses jess and taliyah have gone above and beyond in every way possible.these ladies are the best bar none. Can't recommend dr Cheryl and jess and taliyah high enough.would give 10 stars if I could

I've been going to doctor Cheryl Lee she's best she's helped me countless times very professional and caring doctor and I also got bitten by a spider and had the nurses jess and taliyah and They went above and beyond to help me heal it up while going in every day to get my dressing changed and They were very caring and I cannot recommend them enough

Dr Melissa Wong was fantastic! She was super thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I visited in the middle of the Covid19 lock down and felt very safe during my time there. Nurse Tahlia was lovely, bubbly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know.

After I had many bad experiences with a certain GP at another practice I was referred by a specialist to Dr Paul Sandhu. All I can say is Dr Sandhu is a thorough professional and true gentleman. I have had many surgeries and each and every time Dr Sandhu has made every effort to assist my recovery and put me on the right track. I am moving to Queensland soon and it will be nearly impossible to find a GP at the highest level like Dr Sandhu is. I used to come here as a child but stopped once I was no longer bulk billed. I started bringing my son here when he was about 4 months after a bad experience at my doctor and have since started coming back myself, and converted 3 other people with me to go here. Staff are lovely, doctors are helpful and compassionate, nurses are gentle and kind.
What more could you ask for at the place you go when you’re not well than to be cared for? And that’s exactly what happens here

Dr Su is the worst doctor lies. Then leaves you when she doesn't want to deal with the mistakes she created. Avoid at all cost.
