Checked rooms out for a function.
Playground is behind building. Has a side road one end, fence and reserve other sides.
Plenty of tables and chairs, toilets close. 6 burner electric oven, microwave and pie warmer.

Great place for walks with dogs, nice placeground and lots of car space, its a lovely area on beautiful days.
