Always reassured and well looked after by everyone during my visits.

Reception staff is not clear with their communication and don’t take any responsibility to rectify the issue. I was out of pocket for $100+ just because they did not bother to explain the process by assuming that I would know!

I've been seeing Dr Tan for the last few years treating my Diabetes. He's the first doctor that's taken an interest in what I'm going through specifically and we have worked through a good balance of meds to diet/healthy eating. It's great that we continue to try new things to better control my condition.

Dr Tan, was completely disinterested in the entire appointment, just giving a simple, two word advice: "eat more", despite my results showing that I had developed osteoporosis.

Behaved like I owed him something and was just downright rude and condescending. Paid more than $200 with no weight or blood pressure taken, just the two simple words. Even my GP gave more advice than this, for a quarter of the price.

Saw another specialist for a second opinion and they provided a detailed interpretation of the results via diagrams and proper verbal explanations, recommending an exercise plan, specific dietary changes and medication for a all-in-one treatment regime.

Dr Tan Chin Yao has very good bedside manners, but not sure if he's the one to consult for Osteoporosis. He presented as very tired and disinterested; no clear explanations or advice on plan of treatment to a young adult.

Dr Jimmy Shen was amazing. I have been battling with my Hypothyroidism for quite a few years now. Dr Jimmy managed to get everything under control

I am just posting for my experience with dr jimmy shen. In my experience it's better to find another endocrinologist straight away that has experience.

A wonderful and caring practice. I walked into clinic so ill and desperate for help after battling chronic thyroid illness for several years. Eleanor had it sorted within ten minutes of reading through my blood work results! Within two weeks of starting appropriate medication I felt like a new woman!
