Curtains are lovely, not pleased with customer service, transparency and communication.
We had a timely quote and measure and picked SW curtains ands blinds for the quicker turnaround over another companies all round quality-Regrettably. Turn around end up being delayed. I called after the time frame to be told the blinds are here sitting in the warehouse. Fascia’s hadn’t arrived. Install was arranged a week later. Install man appeared tense before he began, was late. Seemed he was stressed. He arrived with 3 blinds not 4. I didn’t pick up the error in quote myself. Not pleased with his manner when I questioned the cords and child safety he went ahead drilling the wall and showing me options without talking.
I opted not to change the cords to shorter ones because I didn’t like his manner. Whilst the cords are secured to the wall they are low down and my toddler pull them
