I discovered Southbank Yoga when searching for outdoor yoga in Melbourne. Highly recommend Alan's classes as some of the best I have come across and I've been practising yoga for several years. Love the creative sequencing, pranayama and energising exercises such as the Woodchopper. Great outdoor venue during the warmer weather amongst the towers of Southbank in Boyd Park, fantastic for enjoying the morning breeze. During the colder months, classes are held in the cosy community venue.
