Southbank Prestige Service Centre

Admittedly I haven't taken the best care of my car and it was desperate for service. I popped into Southbank Prestige and explained to Wayne all my concerns, he booked me in for early that following week and was so helpful in getting it all fixed up. It's running great and i'm so grateful for Wayne and his team making the time to fit me in.

Just want to say what a legend Wayne was for fixing my car up when all the other garages had turned me away. Running smoothly and he was an absolute gentleman throughout. Amazing service here guys, highly recommended! ️

Was looking for a local service centre that was an alternative to the non service hopelessness of our nearby MB dealership.
Wayne was responsive to my online enquiry for a cost estimate on a major (B) service.
Booked in for the following week, tech did a great job and only replaced parts that required changing. Could have easily gone overboard however, they clearly value repeat business and do not burn their customers.
Huge appreciation for the change of cabin air filter that had not been done by the previous owner in 6 years, I could not get rid of the stale smell in the cabin.was completely gone next day!

Excellent service and very reasonable bill for a lot of work getting my bmw back to full working order! Will defo use these guys again.

Had my Mercedes 2012 E350 Sedan towed to these guys.thinking it may cost me well into the thousand to fix.they fixed and had my car back on the road within hours and total repair bill $220

Love the team here! Very honest and hardworking people.i was told the brakes on my BMW m2 were 2k to replace (this was in line with the industry) - when i went to pay the invoice it was 1.5k - Wayne got a discount and passed it on to me! I've never dealt with someone like this before and for this reason i will be sending every car i have and telling all friends and family about Wayne. The loan cars are so handy also.

The team at Southbank Prestige are so lovely and genuine. I honestly feel like they work for the customer and are super competitive compared to the rip-off dealerships. Would highly recommend for those with a Range Rover.

I have just had my car serviced by Wyan and his team after using the same mechanic for 20 years in Geelong. I was fearful that I wouldn't find a business that I trusted as much as my Geelong mechanic and I am thrilled to say that I have found a very trustworthy mechanic in Wyan in Melbourne! You can get your car serviced with confidence that you are NOT being ripped off! Its great that is an alternative to the large European dealerships that think because you drive a European car that you are happy to be ripped off! I am hard customer to please and I rarely take the time to write these reviews but the service I received today is very worthy of this review. I am also happy to speak to any customer who maybe considering using this business as this is a genuine review and until today I had never met Wyan. Well done again and I will be back soon.
