Hi,
Dr Melanny was so great. She advised too nice to me and my hubby. Thank you so much.
I went to the doctor today and prescribed birth control pills. My period ended on 6/20, so at which part should I start taking the pills? Or wait until next month?

Dr Matthew was professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained everything in a neat way and helped me understand my conditions. Staff are also welcoming. Great clinic.

From reception, practitioner to phlebotomist, all very helpful, friendly, and know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Dr Melanny to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable GP. Dr Melanny is very friendly and makes me feel at ease right away. She takes the time to listen and answers every question that I have. Her professionalism and attention to detail are evident in every interaction. I can feel that she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond.

Dr. Peter Bennett is just a legend, he has been our doctor for over 6 years and I highly recommend this clinic, the rest of staff are incredible, the must delightful and we'll mannered receptionists, and other health professionals are incredible also! My family and I couldn't be luckier funding this fantastic clinic! Thanks so much to all the gem that work there!

I visited this clinic for the first time and was very impressed with their efficiency and professional service. If you are making your appointment online, you can complete your registration form to save time filling at the clinic. The front office staff at this clinic are friendly, courteous and helpful.
My child saw Dr Christine who is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with her examination. She takes time to listen and explain. We are grateful to have a caring, professional and experienced doctor so close to our home.
This is not a bulk billing clinic but the gap payment is very reasonable for a high level of service. I was also very impressed that the management of this clinic takes feedback seriously as seen by actions taken based on a feedback survey done recently. Keep up the great work!

I have had 2 ion infusion at this clinic and honestly amazing staff all around so friendly both receptionist and the nurses I was so well taken care of.

Reception always very attentive. Nurses are extremely friendly and sensitive to women's needs. Doctors listen, care and send you for the right tests. Good follow up practices I've never had to chase them. Sometimes they have different drs that do not stick around and hard to build rapport. I always stick to familiar names and get excellent service. Worth paying the out of pocket fees for.

Really thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Staff were polite and friendly. Overall happy with my experience.

I would highly recommend this clinic, it turned out to be a really good experience. The team of doctors and nurses at the clinic is extremely professional, caring and highly competent. A Special thank you for the receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my visit and also help me call a cab at the end of my visit. My family and I have been attending this GP clinic for a number of years. All the doctors we have seen so far have been fantastic. They take the time and don't rush you. Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming even when they are busy. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Peter Bennett and his team are the most dedicated, attentive, knowledgeable doctors I've seen. They show genuine care about your need. Even though there's a bulk billing clinic nearby, I'd still only choose to go southbank medical clinic. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Sending the team my heartfelt thankfulness for their excellent work.

Have seen a few doctors here and they are always very friendly, informative and run on time. Receptionists are also friendly and welcoming.

WORST medical Centre in Victoria. Had an appointment this morning to renew an Asthmatic Script. Arrived to be told I needed a mask. Told the receptionist I did not have one. She told me they would not give me one! As an asthmatic, and only needing a script renewal to refuse to see me due to a mask is insane. NEVER to return as a PAYING customer/patient

I’ve been here for over a year and still very happy with the levels of care from all the staff.

Always friendly, attentive and human which after the year we have ALL had is pretty amazing!
We forget that these folks are showing up every day & offering a service that requires them to deal with many people who are ill & stressed. They probs also have their moments but Ive only experienced them taking responsibility & extra care.

Great doctors, friendly & helpful reception & staff.
It took me a while to find a groove with new doctors & moving to Southbank Medical Clinic just before covid was a testing time as I had/have several issues, & various demanding concerns- none simple & lockdown was pretty challenging

Glad I persisted & feel I can trust & understand how things work here now. Its such a personal thing finding a GP that works, but thats ok right?
Definitely worth trying this clinic if you’re new to the area.

I’ve seen Kerry, Paaree, Filip, Danielle & Georgia- all good with unique strengths.

Also Marina, Emma, Holly & Hannah (I think thats right?) do a great job keeping things going.
Im pretty exacting esp when stressed about my health- they handle me with care & grace.

Staff are so kind and helpful and will always try to help you find a solution. I forgot my mask and they were so apologetic that they wouldnt be able to provide one because of short supply. I still got to have my appointment even though i was late finding a mask, and even then they still apologised to me about this situation. Dr Paree was so thorough and made me feel at ease. Thank you again guys for what ended up to be a really good experience.

The two receptionists there are so very rude. I brought my sick infant in and was told to keep my mask on however I was having a drink of water after rushing there to be on time. She kept looking at me to check my mask was over my nose. The same person then came back from a break and pulled her mask down to pick her teeth (I kid you not). Did not wash or sanitise her hands afterwards but she did pick up the phone, use the keyboard, handle receipts etc. Pretty shocking. We waited 30 minutes to see the Dr.
After the appointment I came back out to pay, the other receptionist asked me to be more truthful when it came to filling out the online questionnaire as there were a lot of pregnant women. She asked if he had had a negative COVID test. My son has conjunctivitis and a high temperature. Where else would/should I take a sick child. Should I just het pregnant again so I can see the Dr? These two really shouldn’t be working there, they would be better suited to non customer facing roles. The previous parent of a similar aged boy who was clearly unwell also didn’t get the warning after her appt.

I rarely have a positive experience when seeing doctors but the moment I walked into this place I was warmly greeted by the reception staff and asked to take a seat. I saw Dr. Danielle Matic and she made me feel so safe and welcome, I’ve never had such a kind doctor that actually listens to my concerns, I’ll definitely be coming back to this clinic!:)
