I LOVE Dr. Wanda she’s amazing however on 17 Jan I’ve waited 30 min and receptionist didn’t give me a “COURTESY CALL” to let me know that my doctor was running behind. I’m already extremely sick so I don’t need to sit in the waiting area with screaming kids and crying babies. Please give your patients a courtesy call it goes a long way.

I had an appointment with Dr Ghadiri today. She’s lovely. Great to talk to, very helpful. I’d been looking for a close GP that I can visit. I’ll definitely be going back again when I need to see a GP.

Christina is a fabulous person focused doctor. I very rarely need a Dr, and am thankful to find a woman who is current in her views of life, health etc. My type of woman. Caring, and easy to talk to. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with the nurse and doctor who attended to my change of dressing. They were very knowledgeable and supportive and I would highly recommend. The receptionist was also extremely welcoming!

Pros: Got an appointment on the same day due to emergency, which I am thankful for. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Did not have to wait longer than 15 min.
Cons: Dr. Hema John, did not listen to all of the complaints and interrupted me during the anamnesis. Prescribed corticosteroids for a supposed viral infection, which is an outdated treatment not used since at least 15 years.
Would have given only one star, but thanks to the responsiveness of the receptionist, I added one

Do not ever go there if you are dealing with mental health issues because you will be told “there are worst things in life, look my husband died” (by the doctor!) and of course, you won’t be asked questions at ALL and YOU WILL BE ignored.
The doctor has been reported to the AHPRA.

What's the point in booking an appointment if there's a 30 minute queue when you come in? No heads up about the wait? Happens literally everytime you come in.

The friendly staff along with the professionalism and caring nature of the doctors at the clinic is hard to find elsewhere. Great location and good availability for appointments.

I was extremely impressed with the care and attention shown to me by Natasha at reception, as well as the brilliant care I received from Dr Cristina Visoiu.

We visited this clinic for the first time and consulted doctor Hema John, she is very experienced and really good in treating my kid and my kid recovering well after her treatment. Best doctor to visit.

I came home feeling like this medical centre was a little cold. It also seemed like the receptionist was complaining about a patient while we were in the waiting room

Excellent costumer service and doctors. Dr Wanda is my go to because she has a genuine heart as a doctor, or Dr Hema John who is also very caring. Some doctors are very picky with their time even if some people have complex medical needs. But these two make sure that their patients are looked after and getting better.

The receptionist was rude when my son and I arrived, after waiting for thirty minutes I asked how much longer it would be and told me the doctor would see us soon. Another 15 minutes past before I asked again she asked what my name was again!
The receptionist had not checked us in as when we did see the doctor she said she had been waiting for us for 45 minutes.
When we finished there wasn’t an apology she just said you can go.
Very poor.

Doctor Hema John is very polite and friendly. She explains and tries to understand the problem patiently. The clinic is pretty good as well.

My daughter had an emergency and South Yarra Clinic got us in super fast! Not only that, but the doctor expedited x-rays and results and rang us the same day to discuss treatment. I am so grateful for the efficiency and compassion of this clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Helpful receptionist, accurate follow up and very good doctor, Dr Wanda, who did a thorough investigation on my health issues. Happy with this place and will continue to be their permanent patient.

Last time I was there the Doctor was phoning me for a Telehealth appointment when I was actually in the Waiting Room,
This time it was a rushed appointment in the afternoon where the Doctor was in some kind of mood and then hence - refers me to the Eye & Ear Emergency Dept where it’s getting on for 5 hours or more to see an Eye Registrar.

Very good. Hemos hablado Espanol (we spoke Spanish). But more to the point, the doctor knew what he was talking about
