This place is booked until April 2024. The receptionist had a strange phone manner - was very hard to tell if I called the right place when I called as she did not introduce herself. I wasnt impressed with the handling of the phonecall. I have a crippling condition and whoever answered had zero compassion or could offer any assistance at all as to who else could assist. They did not know one other dermatologist that could assist which I thought was pretty strange not even knowing one other colleague or clinic in the industry. They just werent interested in helping at all and seemed pretty happy they were booked out for so long.

I ended up calling a clinic in Brighton who could get me into their South Melbourne clinic next week. They went to a little more effort trying to help.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The Dr was extremely rude, snobby and did not help my mother at all. She only spent 7 minutes with her and made us wait 30 minutes. My Mum presented with severe scalp disorder and was offered the same treatment as a GP with no examination and very little assistance. Absolutely disgusting. A complete waste of money.

Appalling customer service by "head receptionist/manager" Tayla. I was referred to this place by our GP. Once I contacted them to make an appointment the receptionist said their next available appointment is in October which is 3 months away. I expressed my shock at the wait and to much further shock and confusion the head receptionist then accused me of cussing even though I had not cussed and then hung up on me. When I called back to complain and clarify what had just happened she went on to say I cussed even though I didn't. I told her I was not happy with how I was being treated and that I would leave a negative review as this was ridiculous. She then told me to "get a life" and hung on me again. I'm still shocked at what just happened and definitely not a good customer service. Very disappointed.

I have been a longstanding patient of Dr Anita since she has been at her previous clinics. Anita has done a wonderful job at her new clinic, the clinic itself is outstandingly gorgeous and her receptionist staff are extremely kind, empathetic and will greet you with the most welcoming smiles. Anita is outstanding in what she does and has the most delightful bedside manner.
