Picked up our new Kia Stonic from Kia South Morang and I must say that we had an amazing experience. Stanley was our salesperson and he made us feel welcomed and at ease at every step. The communication was thorough and transparent from the day one and he made sure that all our concerns were answered. The car ready within a week for us to pick up. Right from the start I felt comfortable of dealing with him as my Salesperson, He's friendly, helpful, accomodating, very professional & he is true with his words. I was so glad with his assistance and attention towards me without any pressure at all. He kept me updated with regards of the delivery of the car which put me at ease as the waiting period was 4-5 months. (It's worth the wait, indeed!)

Thank you to Pat, who provided me with a stress free experience buying a new car during Lockdown. He was knowledgeable, professional and kept me updated on the arrival of my car. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service provided.

Do not go to this dealership! Spoke to Les about test driving a car. He was super helpful and lovely. A few hours later I get a call from Scott who told me I had to put a deposit on the car which I've never had to do to test drive. I made sure I got confirmation that I could get my deposit refunded if I decided I didn't like the car. He told me he would put in the contract "subject to test drive". When I received the contract it said "subject to finance" so I didn't sign. After I test drove the car and spoke to finance I wanted to go home & go over figures. I was told no and that I had to sign today. The contract and pen was basically shover in my hand. Every time i tried to ask a question Scott assumed he knew what I was asking and spoke over. I tried to ask the same question at least 6 times and was cut off and spoken over every single time. He also tried to hide that if i changed my mind within 3 days of signing I would lose most of my deposit. I wanted 24 hours to go over figures and it wasn't until I said I would just walk away and if it sells it sells he got his manager and gave me the 24 hours. When i decided to not go ahead with the purchase he tried to give me the run around with my deposit that he told me I could get back. The ONLY reason I didn't purchase this car is purely because of Scotts attitude and the way we were treated. I have gone to another dealership to get the car instead.

Poor service (sales person did not have any greetings in their vocabulary and we were left waiting).
Previously asked for us to come back and then we were told by another salesperson they had no available cars and hadn't for a while
Contradictory information posted online about available cars. Was told by salesperson that the advert online was to show they had a demo to drive but it was not for sale. I suggested they write that in the advert and showed him that it did not state that in the advert.
Bought a car from Toyota in the city who were amazing. Well worth the drive. They had superior service and extremely friendly staff.

Extremely terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and I bought a car there.
