My order was missing an item, vendor reshipped x2 quantity of what I ordered. Love the service!
8 days later, still waiting for an online order. That was needed last week. If you can't provide items within 3 days then don't advertise it. If you know of a delay with current freight provider then use a different one rather than passing the blame
Ordered from 8 tools stores, South East Clearance Centre were the only one that was actually holding stock and able to ship straight away. Contacted them with a query and received a reply straight away.
