I went in for an energy and sound healing with Palma. It was such a lovely calming experience, the focus points helped immensely for the issues I was having at the time (mainly around communication). Can’t wait to book in again, the space felt safe and welcoming. Better than other places I have visited where I left feeling uneasy… Highly recommend the services I had but they do offer even more which I will also check out at some stage, keen on the group sessions with other likeminded people
