I signed up for Reiki level 1 after being recommended it by a friend and was absolutely blown away by the experience. I went in with very little knowledge of what Reiki is and honestly gained so much in just the one day. The course content combined with Carmela's caring and engaging teaching style made this one of the best workshops I've ever participated in. I will definitely be following it up with the level 2 workshop

I saw Carmela during my pregnancy to relax and recentre my mindset in my 3rd trimester - and than in my postnatal period I got postnatal anxiety and I cant even begin to say how much this benefited me. She is an absolute joy, the kindest heart and an insanely beautiful talent. Carmela was a huge part of my postnatal recover and i couldnt recommend her highly enough.

I first met Carmela for some counselling as I was in the grip of grief, shut down and in a state where my inner pain had become physical and nothing was helping me. I knew I needed help and even as a healer myself I was struggling to feel anything. I was shutting down and loosing myself!

Carmela opened my eyes and my heart to the fact that even healers need healing, i carried alot of shame and guilt around this and had no clue what self love, self care felt like.
So I was introduced to Carmela’s Reiki 1 and for the first time in my life started self facilitated healing which has been life changing as I learned boundaries and the importance of protecting my peace, slowly I began to detox all my blocks and open my heart up to the world again.
I knew I was ready to give to others so I went onto learn Reiki 2 with Carmela and became part of her Reiki group of beautiful like minded people. Carmela holds regular Reiki catch ups and support after her course and I truly can recommend these courses for anyone.
Carmela is more than a healer, counsellor to me, she is a friend and truly cares about people.

Carmela also does Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy I have had 2 sessions with her, these sessions have helped me to connect to past lives, to make the connections between things I witnessed in my past life and this life, it then helped to clear some energy patterns that have been playing out in this current life.
It’s hard to describe untill you experience QHHT but I know it helped to wake me up in a deeper level than before and connect me deeper to my higherself so I can make the best decisions for me and to gain control of my life so I don’t feel like I am going around in circles.
If I sit and be still enough, through my writing I now connect to my higherself and without having met Carmela and her QHHT I don’t think I would ever have integrated my connection to my soul.

Healing isn’t easy and you need support we all do, we can’t do it alone.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to see Carmela. I have only used psychologists before. I was pleasantly surprised with how in tune Carmela was and able to start making inroads unlike the psychologists I have seen. I highly recommend her.

I can not speak highly enough about Carmela and what seeing her has done in transforming my health. I have had chronic illness with Crohns disease, fibromyalgia, unable to eat foods anymore and on massive doses of pain killers and my life was not functional for many years. My friends and family can not believe how healthy I am now. I can eat things I have not been able to eat in years and no longer on pain medication I was told I would be on for life. Carmela has incredible intuition for her work in healing and in counceling which sets her apart from the rest.
