Ordered via QR code, 30 minutes later, order was missed as the staff were serving walk up customers first. Even when queried the staff were prioritising walk up customers and were not going to process my order without prompting again.

Ordered Halloumi Chickpeas and Chicken Chorizo salad. Staff didn’t put any halloumi or chicken chorizo. Just veggies. And when requested for some as there wasn’t any. Staff was going to charge extra.

Upon requesting Garlic sauce staff said there wasn’t any. When there was a bottle sitting right there behind the counter.

Very unhappy with customer service this place needs to improve. Dragging the brand name down. Disappointing.

Gave incorrect order. Lost the order for coffee. Only got the meals. Had to ask after 10 minutes and still could not find the order

Coffee was okay. But the sandwich was the worst one I have ever had. "Schnitzel avo smash" not sure if that avo stands for avocado cause there was none in my sandwich. Tastes pretty bad and looks like a mess. Have to agree on that "smash" name cause it looks like they smashed it with their fist before serving it.

I ordered catering from here for my daughter's birthday party, and it was excellent value! The food was great, everyone at the party commented on how nice it was and there was so much food! Will definitely do it again!

Food is good, they always stack the bowls high, but there is never as much meat in the salad as it looks on display. Extra meat will cost you. Friendly staff, clean eating

I asked for 2 different salads and both had half a tone of lettuce in both salads, I asked the girl behind the counter to reduce the lettuce, she kept filling up my bowl with more lettuce than the actual salad itself. Absolutely disgusting

26 minutes before closing time they said they were “literally closing” so couldn’t make me a coffee, even though the person in front of me who ordered 20 seconds before me got to order one. Ok cool, have one star instead.

One of the man worked on 20th of October at 7: 00 am making coffee was so rude and not efficient at all. One of my work colleague and we ordered coffees for take away and He seems to be really having slow motion with making coffee and we asked to make coffee faster that we had to wait for more than 10mins. He said to us, “ I am doing my best and everyone need to goto work”. I dont know where his statment coming from? And we are not interested in you being best, just be quick. We never had experience in soul origion for waiting coffee ever. Always they were quick and kind but today, this man was so rude and coffee taste was so bad too

Never again ordered ham cheese tomato toasted sandwich and coffee.no cheese! And they cheated on the sandwich only has stuff on the one half that can bee seen by customers buying then coffee order wrong and by the time coffee sorted both sandwich and coffee cold!

The chicken and avocado panini I bought on Sunday gave me the worst food poisoning. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea, I felt so sick I couldn't do anything. Terrible food handling, staffed by kids who probably don't know what they're doing.

I was quite hungry on a late afternoon. Wanted something quick and easy, so I decided to try out their salads. Actually the salads looked great, and fairly priced, nothing wrong with their service as well.

However the food got me disappointed, I got roasted vegetables and pesto pasta. I don’t think they put enough dressings on top, and the salads themselves have no flavour at all. Tasteless. Roasted potatoes were still hard. Didn’t even finish half of it. Really sad.

Someone please tell me. What happen to this store. It was recommended to me. I had bring friends and we had been going almost every week to have lunch. Just Wednesday passed - I cant believe the salad was not fresh. It spoiled my day and coffee taste. The staff are super nice that I didnt have the heart to make a complaint. Please do not serve left overs or unfresh vegetables. We, Vegans, come for the fresh vegetables.

The food is good try the panini or sandwich not the pasta not worth the money we pay for it.
Coffee is also good and everything is super

We have ordered the big plate for dollar 13.5
And the person was only putting some pasta.
The plate was so empty compared to all the others soul origin we have visited.
And no sauce at all.
So I finally asked a bit of chicken as it was empty and she charged me 3 dollars. I just asked to be refund and left.

Food is below average, I had a schnitzel pasta and the pasta was too hard to eat. Above that the customer service was terrible. I appreciate being busy this time of the year but management need to hire more people to assist and train staff how to approach and serve customers. Was a disappointing experience.

Love the barista! Every morning I work at Chaddy Cheyenne's there once again make some of the best coffee. Always good to see a friendly face that early, and I absolutely take the extra time to walk there just for her to make my coffee. Can't recommend enough!

Being a vegetarian, this is a good option for me when at chaddy. They have a few vege salad options which are vegetarian. Their sizes are good and you can have atleast two salads even in the smallest size. Their service is so quick even when crowded. Great option to grab and go when in a hurry.

Bought the chicken and avocado smash focaccia today and it was ok, but if you're going to highlight avo as an ingredient put more than a mean scrape on part of the bread.see pic.

My sister had pasta salad with feta which was so dry she returned it.
