Jo is such a beautiful facilitator with such amazing gifts and she shares her journey so openly. It was lovely to spend the day with her, be given time and space to connect and relax into my first ever hypnosis experience. The hypnosis itself was a very deep journey for me, anchored safely to the room with Jo's guidance. I feel much wisdom and healing came from this session and with a recording to listen too, more and more processing and integration will occur and I look forward to this continuing journey of self discovery and healing. I had a session with Jo in early Jan 2023.
Jo is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had session with. In fact, I want to be like her when I grow up!
My QHHT session was a life changing experience and gave me so much clarity, confidence and inner power to change things in my life that were no longer serving me and in fact were blocking me from achieving my best life.
I have since cleared out some relationships which were pretty toxic. Increased the confidence in my own business which led to more clients booking in and further referrals from them. As I write this it is only the end of Jan 2023!
This was my second session, the first was six years previously and I was in no way affected in that session like I was in this one, but back then I wouldn't have been able to receive and process the information I got in this one.

I had an amazing QHHT session with Jo. It was my very first hypnosis experience for some soul searching and healing purpose, and Jo had put me at ease right from the very beginning. She is very professional and loves what she is doing. During the healing session, I could feel very strong energy running through my hands and forearms, it was amazing! At the same time I could feel warmth in my chest and tummy. The healing I required started to work right after the session when I got home. I am listening to the hypnosis recording in bed at night now for continuous healing, Jo speaks with a very gentle and soft voice which makes me fall asleep (then I am awake by my own voice:) Thank you Jo!
