Worste pizza and no ingredients very unhappy I orded large Hawaiian with extra prawns and hot salami and I got this.cheese and ham/ 3 pineapple pieces!

After always eating here for many years
We went and dined in last night with family
Omg that will be the last time
Service was non existent we had to seat ourselves, menus where bought to the table so we ordered drinks (which did not arrive) we had to get up and ask the staff where our drinks where
Then ordered food and after ordering waitress then advised prices had gone up a little and where different from the menu but it was too late to stop the order food took over 1 hour to come out and we where the only people there
No one came and offered more drinks or cleaned up
Food was just okay (would not dine in there again)
So went to pay and meals where on average another $6 per meal which she obviously didn’t advise of (she said a minor change)
Very very disappointing old owners must be devastated at what this place has become
Avoid dining in here I know know why no one else was eating in

Have to agree with the other reviews dessert pizza is dry and really thin base, made a phone order for my room mate to pick up and ordered the 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and drink deal as well as a dessert pizza

Got given a garlic pizza instead called to tell them it was supposed to be a deal and she told me it’s what I ordered and then my roommate was charged for the drink also (no third party was involved and we live two minutes from the restaurant

I guess on the plus size the tropical and Mexicana were ok

Edited to add- yes made a mistake didn’t realise my roommate had the other pizza which is why that wasn’t in the review hence stating the two pizzas I got were okay

However when I called to order I specified the two large pizzas garlic bread and drink deal and when I called to say she had taken my order wrong she had told me that’s what I ordered which it was not
If it’s the same crust on the dessert pizza it must have been over done

We purchased three pizzas while in Melbourne and they were really excellent! Even our Australian relatives had not sampled this tiny hidden gem. So far, the greatest pizzas we've ever eaten, which is saying a lot given how picky Kiwis can be when it comes to cuisine! We give it 5 stars and will definitely return when we are in Melbourne.

Everything about this pizza is sad.
The moment we opened the box and looked at it we knew it wasn’t going to be good.
So dry. No taste.

Sottiles was once a great Pizza but not these days.

After spending $36 on a parma and chips I was looking forward to a hearty meal only to be highly disappointed when I see a small Parma and a small spattering of chips underneath it, especially when that small spattering cost $7+ I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on

I've been ordering from Sottile's since 1995 and last nights order was worse than Domino's.
Base flat and dry, topping dry and tasteless.
Not the Sottilie's of old.
Will never order a pizza from here again.

I just had the worse chicken Parma in here. Chicken feels like a rubber! Wife’s Pasta was undercooked.
Bruschetta was made from the cheapest bread in the coles I think

Omfg I ordered for the first time off Menulog and the pizza is 10/10 better than certain pizza places near where I live, the price is worth it and it tastes really good, I'd recommend this little gem.

So disappointed with my medium dessert pizza! Waste of $17. I've bought this so many times and was looking forward to the nuttella and strawberries and what I got is a cheap chocolate spread with tiny strawberries slices that were transparent. The pizza so called crust was hard, like a biscuit base. Couldn't eat it. Just keeps getting worse. Won't be trying again.

Ordered take away pizza, was delivered in 30mins. The pizza was cooked to perfection. And to the young lady who pick up my call (Emily) she was clear and well spoken over the phone. Great asset to have her working for you.

I don't recommend buying a pizza from here. Took a whole hour for pizza to be ready, to only bring it home and see that its burnt underneath. Kids told me it's tasteless and tastes like cardboard.

The food is amazing and the taste is consistent each time. Customer service is extremely good. All and all highly recommend this restaurant

Warning warning don’t buy their pizza I have been poisoned five different times over the past 12 months I’ve tried to negotiate and tell them what I’ve gone through seems to me no one cares the old owner the original owner is a legend these owners do not deserve to be in the food industry the food is OFF style and smells very different than Wallet Pizza should smell like never again it’s an end of an era what a shame

I have lost hope for the pizzas in wyndham area but today we went to sottiles pizza hoppers crossing there pizza is one of the best pizza in wyndham area. Also they have staff with excellent customer service will be back.

Absolutely love this place there friendly and make food to my quirky likes which l really appreciate l ordered chips with a royal sauce no chicken happily made it

Ordered at 5.30pm. It is now 8.34pm and no food. I have rang them and demanded our food and told them I would not be paying. They have told me money or food. Never again will I order from Sottiles. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They stated that they never received our order yet they recited it back to us and charged us.
Pity I couldn't give them zero stars because I would.
