I found this place last Friday and booked in to do eyelash extensions. I got a really good deal, and the staff who did my eyelashes was knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I’m really happy with their services, and I will be back again. Thank you!

Absolutely love the amazing work that Angela & Sophia did on me. Angela’s creative eyebrow tattoo on me was so so amazing! So happy with it. They’re amazing, very warm & great service!

I asked for a straight eyebrow shape and she did gave me one, however, she decided to plucked more hair to create curve that she likes now I look likes fat cruella.

I am beyond happy. This place is literally the definition of professionalism. They are so lovely and helpful. I had my eyebrows done by them and i am thankful for the beautiful service i received. They regularly sanitize their working environment and make sure they are covid safe as much as possible. They use really amazing products which is worthy of the money you pay. They provided me with clear instructions for my after care. Thanks to the owner for running this amazing place.

Changed owner was NOT shared and now the place it tacky and nothing like the old owners had. Last owner did the best eyelash extensions ever. This time i went in and my lash lady was 13 minutes late, the reception said she was on a lunch break. She was just on her phone infront of me doing nothing, wasn’t told i was there either. I said i wanted something natural, showed her what i was after, I did not get that. Don’t go here if you liked the old korean ladies.it is NOT the same.

This wasn't announced on their website or any of socials. Artist was not experienced with Asian lashes and said it was too difficult. Lashes lasted 1 week.

Just had my Eyelash done today at Sophia Beauty and it looks amazing. I really love this place, have been there many times, always excellent and professional work. I really recommend ️?

Been going to this place on and off for years now and love it. However, ever since the change in owner, the décor has become tacky and there are so many added services and doesn’t feel like they specialise in eyelashes anymore. Honestly feels like ‘Just Threading’ vibe, not the nice glamour eyelash salon it use to be. Got a eyelashes extensions done and the process was very rushed and a rough. The actual eyelash extensions weren’t as great as they use to be done under the old owner. There were clumps of glue at the base of my lashes and extensions weren’t stuck straight. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore.

This is real review, I did review three times. Therefore you can see how bad experience I had.used to be one of best lashes salon before changed owner.very bad experience.over priced with 2,5 hours bad quality and unprofessional services.lashes are not enough also with vey bad management.
Don't go if you don't want to waste your money and time.

Had my lashes done with Angela she was very professional, and gave me the set i exactly asked for very full and lasted me awhile.definitely recommend. Great service too.

The worst eyelash place! Even 1 star is too much for them. I think this place changed owners. I paid $90 for getting a set of really bad eyelash extensions by Angela which is $50 elsewhere!
I got the natural set which has 50 lashes per eye but not even 30 lashes per eye were applied. Also Eyes sting and are glued together. This technician is unprofessional and doesnt know what shes doing. Here it is over rated & over Priced! Also the Junior staff are much cheaper and Better!

As soon as I received the treatment, I paid $35 elsewhere and removed everything because My eyes are so itchy and uncomfortable.

Been here 3rd times, the first two with the original owners and the 3rd was this time, But NOT anymore! They don't know customer needs and are totally useless now.
Can confidently say its now the worst eyelash place in Melbourne. Don't waste your money and time.

The lashes are not good quality, and only last for a few days. I always ask for volume lashes, but the ones they do look like classic. They constantly change appointments around. I was forced to buy lash serum, as it was pushed in my face. The price is also about $145 for one week, class refills, while average price at all other salons is $60. Not sure why they have such high prices, for such a bad quality product. Overall, they are not too considerate towards customers needs.
