49Worst TV in the history of the planet. You get what you pay for so buyer beware. Android is too old to update itself making it the dumbest smart TV available and the EPG gives about 5% of the guide, the rest is blank.
Will never buy anything else from these people. Been weeks trying to contact them by email & their website contact form and still haven't had a reply. Found their phone no.and it's just a recorded message to contact them by email or via website.be nice if they could be bothered to respond to their customers
Parts replacement is a bloody joke. First they took 3 weeks to send the part only for my technician to find it was the wrong part. And now another 5 weeks later there is still no word on where the correct part is. Do not think in any way that this company has organisational quality controll. Bunch of amateur's. Save yourself the heartache and buy elsewhere. Minus 2 stars from me
I have had my Soniq 55 inch replaced 3 times. First one the picture went black returned, second one streaking across the screen.back again. Third one no sound. All checked at factory and definitely faulty.no quality control. This one has been tested before I received it so hopefully it will last longer than 12 months. Customer service was ok. Bad that people not on the internet can't contact them now.
First tv returned after 1 week for defective picture quality and replaced by Soniq. Now 3 years later tv needs to be replaced because it changes channels on its own. Never buy this brand again.
I too would give this a negative if l could. Warranty department have not got back to me since March. Tv turns of if connected to the internet after about 5 minutes! Number of emails and nothing. Run do not waste your money.
I bought a 55 inch 4K ultra HD in 2020. After 8 months of barely the tv has sounds but no pictures contact soniq and it took them nearly 3 months to replace the tv. The replacement tv is not the best. Leave it for a week and when you try to turn it on with the remote it won’t turn on and can’t even turn off from the tv so have to physically turn off from the power point.
Have contacted twice via the website contact us forms. No response. Orders placed early/mid dec, STILL hasnt arrived and STILL no advice. Really poor service

I cant read or write and rely on my t.v. For my sport
I have missed the cricket season and tennis is nearly over

We've had numerous SONIQ products over the years. They are stylish, affordable, good quality and have lasted the time. Highly recommended
I haven't personally bought a Soniq TV so I carn't comment for myself but friends and family members have and they've had no problems with this brand.
Long lasting, great colour, great staff.
Would definitely highly recommend your brand.
Love to win a new & modern Soniq for my birthday coming early November & experience having one for myself.
My poor old TV is over 10 years old & is not working properly picture won't come on most days, or takes ages to get any picture.

The longevity in lifespan the SONIQ products deliver definitely exceed expectations - a reflection of quality manufactured products! My still operational, over 8 year old, SONIQ TV can vouch for that. Never had a problem (let’s hope I’ve not jinxed myself now)

I can't express how good the service has been with these guys. I rarely ever leave reviews, but the service that i have had for helping with a faulty tv has been exemplary. I've literally been given a brand new tv in almost no turn over time. You guys put other organisations to shame. I wish all tv companies were this easy to deal with.
How can an 80 year old contact when I have not got a computer when phone number's tell you to log into site's
Bought 65" TV remote stopped working. THEY WONT LET YOU CALL THEM! Send message "well get back to you in two days"

Bought our daughter a Tablet.and we got a cracking deal. (And didn't have to break the bank to buy it either). Friendly staff.great customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

Have 3 Soniq TVS and never had a problem with any of them. Great value. Will continue to buy them as we need.
