Hopeless, unprofessional, waste of time, no communication, not following up, not picking up calls, what else.
I could give zero star if I would. Tried this broker on suggestion of my idiot friend. Big mistake, they promise me everything will be fine in 3-4 weeks.
After 3 month submitted twice the loan documents. Seriously.
Long story short do not even bother to go to them.
