Came for a pre employment check booked at 12, been waiting for more than an hour. Bad service, would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting time. No one has any idea here. Arrived at 8: 44 am and now it’s 11: 34 am still not finished. Too many staffs just walking around pretending to be busy.

Missed already another appointment because of them.

Be aware and keep pushing them to be seen by doctor/ nurse/ physio or else you’ll waiting for the whole day.

I have seen 4 doctors here for work (same injury), there is only one young lady doctor of all 4 that was excellent, she gave me scans found a tare and cares about my recovery so I will be 100% when all is healed.
The other doctors I saw, couldn't care less, just want to get you back to full duty work, don't seem to understand that if you aggravate a tare it could result in surgery which is even longer recovery, don't suggest any sort of physio or rehab work, the person I saw today couldn't care less, she even slammed the door when I said she needed to talk to my manager as it's my works procedure. She looked at my ankle today and said it looked fine/normal. (Picture below my ankle second picture is uninjured ankle)
I will be going back to the original doctor as she doesn't work many days but her level of care is excellent, if it wasn't for her I would have had no scans and would be wondering why I was still in pain. She is the only reason I am providing 2 stars otherwise it would have been one star.
Receptionists are also lovely.
I just don't know how some people are doctors when their care level for patients is 0.

Totally unorganised place. People got their turn first who turn up 1 hour after me. Then i asked receptionist after 1.5 hour, she was really kind help me get upto next available doctor.
2 persons left clinic frustrated for same reason. Really disgraceful experience

As someone who had to travel over and hour to this place that sas picked by work.

The wait time is not good at all, waiting an hour from your stated booking time. The staff are courteous and provide assistance when asked and they do it with a high standard of professionalism.

Long wait times. Appointment at 10: 00 took an hour and a half before getting look at. You’re lucky if you get seen in half an hour.

I want to give them more star for efforts service but unfortunately they didn't serve customers in a very friendly way. Very ignorance and rude receptionists. They deserve this rating

I was scared to come because of the review but I have to come since it’s for work and company’s choice.

But from the receptionist to nurse and dr are lovely! The wait time is a bit long but that’s normal in the clinic anyway. Cause they’re busy it’s not like they’re ignoring you but they actually do something with other patients. Thank you for assisting me today. I have fish memory so I don’t remember them but I wish you all the best.

Worst experience
I should get results in three days, it’s been one week now still waiting for results calling office they saying you should get results by the end of day, because of them I can’t start my job I am sitting home because of them and have no idea what can I do to get results

This company is terrible I had an appointment and went in only to be told i need my id which could have been told over the phone prior to appointment. Provided a photo copy only to be told I need physical license

The staff are good but the system of managing appointments and visitors is out of control.
Appointment was at 2: 20, had to wait till 3: 40 for first round of health check.
It is 5 pm now and still haven’t seen the doctor
Had to cancel another appointment because of the delays here.

Feedback to the management - Please look into system of managing appointment and visitors. 3 hours to get a medical health assessment is ridiculous at this day and age.

The only thing sonic about this group would be an association with sonic the hedgehog. Booking times are irrelevant, they should operate as a government agency, booking times for line marking

Took an appointment at 12: 30 arrived at 12: 20 and even after 1: 40 still waiting for my medical checkup.

Great service, I'd appreciate if I was given a heads up that the waiting time is usually longer than 30 mins though

There’s no such thing called appointment time in this clinic. You will wait for more than 2 hours. Would give 0 star.

You have to wait 4 hours for a pre employment medical and they lose you results, they must be cheap as they are no good.

I was told a potential employer was who I had to ask for a copy of medical check results. The employer told me it was sonic health. I bounce between two phone numbers and emails, and then have an entire day go by with no response after I finally submit the proper form for it. Leaving me stuck waiting a whole weekend before I can even try calling again.

I honestly think the people leaving 1 star reviews are sooks, or impossible to please. Like they would Boo Santa Clause. I found the staff and service here has been excellent. I've now been here several times for pre employment medicals, and have always found them to be thorough, friendly, and professional.

I thought poor reviews were exaggerations.until I experienced this myself. Booked medicals at 7: 30am, doctor walks in at 9: 00am and sees me at 9: 15. I end up leaving at 10am. No respect for people's time. Best advice: do not attend this clinic. For reference, I've taken medicals in other clinics of another organisation. 40mins in total, tops!

First physio appointment of the day and he is 45 minutes late. Never on time no matter what time the appointment is.
