I had such a fabulous experience with Soni Wealth, from property selection to settlement.
Post settlement, tje leasing team of Mandy and Jerri took active effort to understand our needs to get the property tenanted as soon as practicable. Given the Stage 4 restrictions, they had to come up with some out of the box thinking. Jeri provided an exemplary service with weekly updates about prospective tenants, the rental market and recommendations about expected rent. This meant we had the most up to date information available to make our decision and secure a tenant in a timely manner.

When I was buying my first apartment, I was keen on buying something close to the CBD. Soni Wealth explained to me the investment strategies based on suburb performance and helped me find a property that fit my budget considering my investment preferences.
I would highly recommend buying an investment property through Soni Wealth. After two years, I'm soon to settle the third property with them and two of my settled properties are doing well, with decent tax returns and glad to see that someone is looking after these properties.
I must admit one of the tenants were unable to pay and had to leave, which was a little stressful to hear but Soni Wealth took all the right steps in terms of legality and humanity. They were considerate to both tenant's and landlord's position. The best part is that I didn't have to anything apart from reading the updates and providing my consent. They resolved the situation with VCAT and also with the insurance company. All in all, quite happy with their services.
