Beef Noodle Soup is okay but not excellent. There is no Crab Cake, the taste is not the right one but in Australia it is fine.

I orderd the Pho with sliced beef and it was delicious! Yummy, full of flavour that I would hope for in a Pho. I really loved it! Thank you.

I also orderd the Vermicelli noodle salad with pork and spring rolls. The pork, spring rolls and Nuoc Cham were great. There was hardly any carrot tho, and there was quite a large amount of lettuce to what im used to, so I only JUST had enough Nuoc Cham to cover everything. I would have also loved coriander.but overall it still tasted good.

I think the prices were good. Lady at the desk showed friendliness, she held the door open for me when I had my hands full Big diference from the last interaction. So I think this deserves a 5 star. Thank you.

I love the place, the food and I always want to go whenever we are wanting to eat in at a restaurant. There was a time I saw the egg shell on my dish so overall 3 out of 5

Always great tasting food
One of the best places to get authentic Vietnamese food in Saint Albans.

I can recommend the pho or signature chilli soups which are both different but equally delicious.
The broth here has a deep rich flavourful taste not found in every other noodle shop.

If you want something like fried the chicken spare rib is a must, every time we have ordered it we swap the ordinary rice for tomato rice.

The one drawback for some people is the waitresses don't always speak English, but that just makes it more authentic right.

Was so good we all came back to eat some of the big sharing dishes for dinner!

The Boss Lady at the cashiers desk is ridiculously rude. Why all the attitude? You run a successful enterprise. Indifference I don't mind, but straight up scorn is not necessary. Happened multiple times. They got my bill wrong and overcharged a dish. I let Boss Lady know very politely, and she wasn't having it? Gave up, because life is too short. There BBH can be great, but it's inconsistent. Started going to Dong Ba 2 instead. Better and consistently good BBH, friendly service and they actually want my business. Suggest that if you don't like service here with Boss Lady you do the same as me and switch to Dong Ba 2. Hopefully this will be my refund in 'Karma Dollars'.

NICE FOOD BUT THE WAITER IS NOT REALLY FRIENDLY. WE HAVE ORDERED THE FOOD WHEN THE WAITER PUT OUR FOOD ON THE TABLE LIKE THEY THROW IT TO YOUR FACE.
NICE AND HUGE RESTAURANT IN THE CORNER OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE NEXT TO LIBRARY.
EVERYTHING IS OKAY BUT THE WAITERS.
YUMMY VIETNAMESE BEEF NOODLE STYLE.
I WONT CHOOSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME TO COME BY.
JUST THE WAY OF THEY SERVE YOU BUT THE FOOD IS NICE.
ONCE DAY I WILL COME BACK.

Just called to place a take away order.
The owner lady picked up the call and said they were too busy and to call back next time while I was halfway through placing my order.

Have been coming here for years for weekly dinners. We will not be calling back next time. I’m speechless. 1 star is too generous.

Came here with Mum on a hot, Sunday lunchtime in early March. What do you eat when it's the low 30 degrees? Bun Bo Hue of course! You're already sweating, might as well get it going.

Song Huong is right next to St Albans Library. We were sat in the corner and Mum immediately ordered one small ($14) and one medium ($15) BBH. I don't have it all that often but I was hankering for that spicy broth.

It didn't disappoint. Not only was the spice there, it was just hot enough to be drinkable, bordering on burning my mouth. Just how I like it. The combination of spring onion, brown onion slivers sliced so thinly they're transparent, as well as pork hock and cha lua it's a symphony of flavour that sets your furnace alight.

Want authentic Bun Bo Hue? Come to Song Huong.

Food was alright, but not as good as a few others in the area, staff need to be more friendly

The Bun Bo Hue broth is full of flavour, spicy and they are quite generous with the meat. I like the combination of meat selection. They give you heaps of lettuce and mint as well.

Very disappointed with the two dishes we selected. The stewed beef dish - banh mi bò kho, was cooked with the wrong cut. It’s either gravy beef or brisket but definitely not top side! The Cambodian noodle dish - hủ tiếu Nam Vang was full of msg, and it seems the chef forgot to slice the cuttle fish. Thus us how we finished these two dishes: (.

There is no customer service here. Staffs are rude and ignore customers. Eye contact won’t work if you need their attention.

Their chicken pho is generous in sizing and the broth is sweet and comforting on a cold day, chicken is tender and marinated well. I much prefer their beef pho but this was lovely as well. Service may need a little more improvement, they were not really attentive even when the place wasn’t busy.

Use to love coming here for bun bo hue growing up but started to notice how rude staff are especially the lady who seems to be the owner? Never heard a ‘thank you’ from her let alone seen a smile on her face. Would give the place 0 stars if I could.
A few days ago she had taken our order of 2x bbh, eventually other customers were coming in and ordering. The wait was quite long however we didn’t mind until we noticed everyone who came in after had received their foods before us. The staff didn’t seem to care or try to attend to us, they made us seem like we were the problem. Probably never going to come back here. Besides the rude service, the tables and chairs always seem to be sticky, as well as the cutlery (seems like they don’t get washed properly)

Save yourself some time and don’t bother coming here to eat, there are other better restaurants in saint albans.

Used to be a big fan of this place, but seems their service getting worse since the lockdown eased
We had the breakfast this morning aroudn 11am and the food was okay. But the worse thing is the manager lady (not the owner as she always stay at the counter and very nice).
The lady just so rude to our baby as she asked us to get rid of the pram as she belive it blocks her movement. And the plave dont even have the high chair for baby (my boy is 11months).
I have asked her why did she treat us like that but she just walk away
Also the door always open and lot of smokes from the outside flow inside
To be honest, as the Vietnamese I always support our community restaurant but this kind of service should be aware by people especially parents with kids.
Somehow I saw the review from other people 2 months ago had the same issue happened to their kid as well.
Please change your service and attitude or people will change their place for dining
