Terrible company confirmed me as a volunteer so I wasn't getting paid even though they where. Had me go out to by new clothes for this volunteer work received a confirmation email from a Tim Chew got to work early to be told I'm not on a working list after going to every gate I could and then when I finally find the right guy he ran away as he didn't know what to say when I shown him the confirmation email. I tried to call the manager he hung up on me as soon as he answered just an all round terrible experience when I had other work lined up but I cancelled it to work for free for these guys but got treated like something on the bottom of a shoe

Extremely rude staff and completed over priced! Will attempt to empty your wallet for mediocre entertainment supplied. Avoid using this company!

Solution entertainment is the Fawlty Towers of the entertainment business. Their breathtaking incompetence at the Australian Open and their staggering lack of artist management experience beggared belief. Access to load in, access to venue, access to parking, stage management…. The list goes on and on. The staff members are haughty, arrogant and imbued with a strong sense of their own self-importance with NOTHING to back it up in the way of skills. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful organization run by kids with very little experience. It would take a whole page to describe how poorly they operate so to save time, I would suggest avoiding them all together.

The best we have used. Faultless execution and capable of handling the biggest global brand events. Will lock in their services for all future events.
