Had initially spoken to a few migration lawyers in Australia during Covid-19 which had advised they wouldn't be able to help us due to the complexity of our case, we then reached out to Nic whom had assisted some family members in obtaining visas.

Nic was able to secure a visitor visa for my partner (although it took approximately 8 months, we knew that this was in no way in Nic or his offices' hands, purely the complexity of our case and the fact that there was a major delay post Covid-19 border opening).

Subsequently during the time my partner was in Australia, his permanency came.

We have now been able to bring my brother-in-law to visit us, which also had a complex situation and was a first of its kind.

He responds to our calls and messages in a timely manner and is always polite, respectful and generous.

Only a handful of times I have had to correct some very minor errors, however nothing that would at all impact our cases. This is why you should very carefully read through all legal documents provided to you for review as well as the translated documents or any documents you put forward for your case.

We are forever grateful of Nic and his team for the hard work they have put in for our family and continue to do for us.

Worth every dollar we have spent!

Thanks Nic and team.

I highly DO NOT suggest Nic Soltani & associates, misleading information, unprofessional behaviour. I have been working with them for over 2 years and my case didn’t improve at all which made me to dig deeper and discovered the mess this firm caused into my case, I terminated them
immediately and transfer my immigration case to a real lawyer, eventually recieved my Permanent Residency less than 2months after, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm to anyone. Immigration is stressful and long process which needs trustworthy and professional agent or lawyer, do not make it more stressful for yourself by choosing wrong firm, do not waist a penny or a second with them.
I hope this comment saves trouble for someone who is thinking to work with Nic Soltani.
Kind regards.

The Australian community deserves honest migration agents with good customer relations and professional standards. I am writing this long review in response to the lies Nic wrote about me and also for the experience I had working with him.
1. Nic was engaged to lodge my PR application and manage correspondence with Dept of Home Affairs (DoHA), give us status update until the end among others. Unfortunately, after giving him all the required document and paying him ALL the money he charged for his service per the contract agreement, Nic was not forthcoming with updates and worse of all gave us no access to the application (imported our application into his system).
2. Nic’s insincerity with progress update and poor services made my wife lose precious work hours due to being made redundant for not having a bridging visa (BV). DoHA automatically grants a BV to applicants upon application lodgement. My wife’s BV was however not automatically granted and we informed Nic. He noted that this was due to some information mix-up and requested some document to be sent to DoHA which we immediately provided him. About six months down the line, she still had no BV because unknown to us, NIC FAILED TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS we gave him and this caused my wife financially not to mention the psychological trauma because she was made redundant due to not having a visa. She had to personally follow up with DoHA and resubmit the documents to get her BV. Was Nic expecting money before submitting the documents for the Bridging Visa?
3. We finally got rid of Nic when we had a change in circumstance and wanted Nic to facilitate the process of updating DoHA as our immigration agent. Since it was an extra job, understandably Nic submitted a fee via email. We requested for a brief phone meeting with Nic to clarify the fee he submitted and also to seek clarification on which documents we needed to submit on the extra job. On meeting day and time which my agent Nic Soltani agreed to, he never showed up, and all his phones were off. I sent him text but he never responded. Nic never had the professional courtesy to contact me after no show. I believe he was upset and wanted us to pay the fee no questions asked. Nic, we did not want anything for free as you claimed. You did not expect me to REWARD the poor service you gave me with an extra job and cash? Certainly not!

4. It was after withdrawing Nic as our agent and he granting me access to our application that I realized there were pending documents and enquiries from DoHA on our application to which he FAILED to act on contributing to the delays we were experiencing with our application and hence the lack of progress updates from him. We had to now start dealing with DoHA directly and we saw that it was smoother faster and easier with no frustration, headaches or abuse of power. I appreciate you lodging our application BUT claiming you did the foundational work for our PR in an earlier post is UNTRUE.

Stop the lies!
You know very well that we paid you all your money $2000+ we never refused to pay and also you did not solve my wife’s bridging visa issue your letter to her work to reassure them was rejected because you are not Home Affairs. She had to personally intervene, with Home Affairs, so that's another lies from you. When were we violent to you and staff in your office as you allege? We came there I believe once, first day, for introduction the rest was emails, so when? Stop being hysterical! We were upset with the poor customer service and we have the right to complain and give a review to help others. Be matured and address issues and take responsibility but no lies and insults from you. Perhaps you assume because we were in a vulnerable position trying to get a visa you could indulge in abuse of power that's why you failed to attend the "peaceful negotiations" meeting as you put it without reason or the courtesy of alerting us of no show but turn around to accuse us of something we have no idea of. You can't intimidate us by spewing lies and insults.

First of all, I sincerely thank Mr Nic for his effort and time to solve my wife's problem.

When I called him about my wife's problem the first time, he explained clearly the available solutions without asking me for a consultation fee.
He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He will suggest the best solution for your case. In addition, the prices of his services are so reasonable. Thanks to him, my wife's visa was finally granted.

I highly do recommend working with Soltani & Associates.

I am very grateful to Soltani and associates now that I have finally got my PR (190 Victoria state nominated as a veterinarian with 90 points)!
It has been a long journey, but I felt very supported throughout and everyone is very honest and upfront with you about the process and cost involved as well as the prognosis and timeframe which are very uncertain and variable at this time.
Very knowledgeable and experienced team, very effective and good at communicating with you. Would trust them over and over again!

With Nic and his team's help, I was recently granted Global Talent visa (858). As I was not aware that I was eligible for this subclass, I'd like to give credit to Nic's knowledge in Australian immigration which really helped my case.

Nic was great to work with. Not only has he been patient, friendly, honest and thoughtful in how he communicated with me, I'd like to emphasise that he was always contactable. I really appreciated this. He responded to my messages/questions on the same day, almost without a fail. I have engaged with over 10 migration agents/lawyers and Nic, by far, was the most responsive and comfortable to work with.

If you're looking for someone who talks and works WITH YOU, I recommend that you try consulting Nic and his team.

I worked with Nic and his team to get my Australian permanent residency through Global Talent visa subclass 858.

He is very knowledgeable and calm person to work with. He responded to all my questions whenever needed. His advice and guidance helped us to get our visa earlier than we expected. It was very easy to communicate with him through phone and emails and I was able to do all the paperwork without meeting him in person.

I highly recommend his migration service to anyone struggling with visa.

I was warmly greeted by Nick and his team in their Tehran office a few years ago, when i went to discuss my interest for lodging an application for Australian Skilled Worker Visa. He patiently explained the process for assessment of skills, collecting documents, etc.
My stress was further relieved when he advised me that they collaborate with NAATI accredited translating and certifying documents agencies.
He was also tremendously helpful in reviewing and editing my CDR.
I highly recommend Mr Soltani as a lawyer for assistance and consultation for immigration purposes.

We're from the UK living in China for many years. Me and me family decided to sell our restaurant here and relocate to Australia as we have 2 kids growing up fast and we wanted to settle somewhere friendlier for the kids. We heard so many good stories about Sydney and Australia so we started looking for someone to help us with the relocation who has some local business knowledge.
We knew a friend of mine got his work visa done by Nick and his team so we decided to get in touch with him.
Nick was very professional and had gave us lots of insights about doing business in Australia. After a while we decided to engage Nick as our lawyer to help us navigate a so called 188a visa. This visa primarily seemed very complex but with Nic's prompt response and input we were able to get our visa doneunder a year. Nick also helped us enrol the kids in public school.
Nick is very diligent and I like how responsive he is. I will recommend him to my contacts should they ever need a n immigration lawyer

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Nic and his team. We were facing a tough time with my family in Australia over a series of bungled visa situations. After hearing from a friend who had worked with Nic to get across a retracted timeframe to try to solve his complex visa situation, we decided of delegating our work to him.

After our initial advice we were confident that he's the best person to tackle our situation.

I like how Nic operates. Our initial consultation fee became part of our contract's total, meaning we didn't have to pay extra for receiving initial consultation.

With regards
Keith and family
