Drew and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs. We dealt with holds ups with access, weather issues, communication interstate and all the usual issues with logistics from a distance. Nothing was too hard, every interaction indicated that they wanted to help get the best outcome for us. Our 4 bed home went from drab to fab with our new floors throughout, we couldn't be happier!
Though we often spoke with different consultants each time, the messages were accurately passed on and always followed up with a phonecall to confirm. Definitely recommend for anyone in the market who needs no fuss, succint and professional work done.

Solomon's sent down a young man by the name of Jack to install our carpet and my wife and I agree he was just superb. Not only polite and very pleasant to deal with but clean and tidy in his work. A credit to the company.

We were extremely happy with the work Kayden did on our property in Traralgon. Pouring ardit floor leveler over ceramic tiles and laying vinyl planks is a challenging job which he did to perfection. Not a gap to be found against skirting and doorways. A well mannered tradesman taking pride in his work who also left us with a clean floor.

I just recently engaged Solomons Flooring Traralgon to install new Stick Down Floor Boards in my Unit as the floor was not a solid floor, so everything was done perfectly by the people at Solomons from measuring, write a Quote and appoint a Contractor to do the job.
The day to be installed came and Kayden arrived spot on time at 0930hrs. This young tradesman worked basically NON STOP all day plus the next day removing the old carpet, disposing of it and installing Masonite underfloor to accomodate my new stick down floor boards. To ensure this underlay was smooth and level he sanded the entire area of 40 square metres FOUR TIMES over the next two days.then laid the new flooring so perfectly that it looked absolutely marvellous, with everything that was required not a problem for Kayden, so after two&half days the job was finished to perfection.
Whilst this post is a bit long, I cannot praise young Kayden enough for the magnificent job he did making sure that I was satisfied after each step before moving on to the next stage.
Therefore I take this opportunity to thank Kayden and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Floor Board installer, look no further that Contractor Kayden who is contracted to Solomons Flooring Traralgon.

We were unable to get the product we originally picked due to supply issues. They/we were only made aware of this 1 week prior to install. However, they communicated and coordinated with us well to select an alternate and still get it in in time for our scheduled install date.

Drew (sales) communicated well with us, he followed up when he said he would and ensured we understood the whole process.

Brendan (installer) was very respectful while in our home and did a quality job, cant fault it.

Overall positive experience despite supply issue.
