We purchased my beautiful engagement ring from Solitaire Jewellery and it is absolutely stunning. When it was time to select my wedding band of course we went back to Solitaire. I was very fussy with what I was looking for but Ash and the team at both the Fountain Gate and Casey stores were amazing! They had lots of different bands to look at and helped us pick a wedding band that complimented my engagement ring perfectly. I am now looking forward to picking up the matching eternity ring.

You pay for what you get. You can get cheaper jewellery else where, but the quality won’t be there. These guys have quality jewellery. I’ve bought a few things from them and they are always so friendly and very helpful. Always a pleasure to see them. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work ️

Could not recommend Solitaire Jewellery more. It was a long term goal of mine to have a teal sapphire ring made for me and the team at Casey Central really pulled through. We are so grateful for the service we have received from Solitaire Casey Central over the last few years. We have purchased the engagement ring and both wedding bands. From going in-store to pick our rings out, getting rings customised to after getting them the service is ongoing including cleaning and resizing her engagement ring.

Today is the day we collected a one off masterpiece created by Solitaire Jewellery. They took my heart cut solitaire diamond from my engagement ring and hand made this gorgeous one off halo creation. After embarrassingly having to go into store to have my engagement ring cut off due to my finger swelling - I just wanted to publicly thank the lady and gentleman who served me. The lady who greeted and served us was so friendly and welcoming, along with making me feel a little less embarrassed about the whole thing! Unsurprisingly, my fiancé was a little sad to see such a sentiment be torn apart however, again, was reassured that it’ll be fixed in no time! The gentleman who came to the rescue and freed my finger was also friendly, gentle and again, reassuring that my engagement ring would soon be its beautiful self again! Did a beautiful job on fixing my ring. Cut it off me (hey blame lockdown haha) resized, re plated with white gold, cleaned, and fused together with my wedding band. Looks brand new at 13 years old:)

My fiancée and i couldn't be happier with the amazing service we received recently at Solitaire at Fountain Gate. After looking for what felt like months for our wedding bands it was by chance we came across this store and had a look. Bianca was exceptional, so understanding and patient while we worked out what we were looking for. They weren't 'sales' pushy which made us feel even more relaxed and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless! The rings were custom made to exactly how we wanted it, so reasonably priced and they look stunning thanks to Sam and his amazing eye. Thanks you SO much to the team, highly recommend!

Had my wife's ring repaired for her birthday. They fixed it in record time as i left it to the last minute. The ring looks better than new. Also gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. Thanks for a great experience. One very happy wife.

My fiancé and I decided last minute to have a quick look at Solitaire Jewellery (Fountain gate location) and i'm so glad we did! After having zero luck finding the sort of unique style wedding band I was after to match my engagement ring in any stores I was losing hope, however their wonderful staff member Bianca informed me that they do a lot of custom work in their store, she showed me a big folder of their previous work, and said they would be more than happy to help me create my dream ring from some inspiration i'd found online. She took her time with me to help sketch up a few designs and discuss options and prices with Sam the owner. The service I received from all the staff, especially from Bianca is probably the best i've ever had and is a large part of why I felt comfortable putting a deposit down within 20 minutes or so of stepping into the store. She is so lovely and personable, not pushy at all and you can tell she cares about her customers.

I always thought a custom ring would be out of my reach financially however it was much more affordable than I expected, in fact moreso than a lot of the standard designs i'd seen elsewhere! They are more than happy to work around your budget with different design options to try and achieve your vision.

To say I am happy with the outcome is an understatement, Sam is clearly an expert in his field, the attention to detail on the carving is fantastic and it looks exactly like the inspiration picture. I fell in love with it the second I put it on.

Thank you all to the entire team at Solitaire Jewellery Fountain gate (The bottle of wine was a lovely touch too ;) ), you've made the 7 month wait until I can wear my beautiful ring much harder!

The ladies were so accomodating and provided so many different wedding band options to match the engagement ring! They made picking them right ring so easy!

My husband got my engagement ring and wedding ring from here. I also got his wedding ring here. We absolutely LOVE our rings. The staff were very professional and friendly. They stood out for us because the lady who served us there wasn't pushy, and after shopping around at different jewellers we were fed up of getting pushy people. They were accommodating to what we wanted and were fast in getting what we wanted done! Highly recommend!

Amazing service! First time customer. I went into to the store hoping to get some jewellery cleaned (that had not been brought in the store). Bianca was a joy to deal with and was also very knowledgeable of what could and couldn’t be cleaned from the 10 pieces I took in. The turnaround time was very quick - within 2 days, and my pieces came up like new. It’s like having brand new pieces. I can’t wait to wear them again. The price was excellent and the service was very customer focussed. Next time I need to buy jewellery I will definitely head to Solitaire.
