I am seeing Evan every 8 weeks and my feet and toes look amazing from where I started. Evan gives me great information and tips to keep my feet looking amazing in between visits. I had plantar fasciitis a few years back and that was also cured here with shockwave treatment. Amazing Podiatrist for anyone that needs treatment. Very friendly, caring happy staff and receptionist.

If you need a caring, attentive and well priced podiatrist, this is your place. Ms Asten Allen is lovely and so easy to talk to. I am so grateful for the work she has done and the advice to help me with my foot health. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been seeing Asten for a few visits now due to my feet being so sore from my work boots, and she is amazing, in other words she is knowledgeable in her field, she makes me feel comfortable at every visits, she explains everything thoroughly so that I understand and she is always vibrant and caring, her nature is one who treats her patients with care and you don't feel like a number coming in and out, I wish there was more podiatrist like her that shares the same value and characteristics as hers, she is all for seeing her patients getting the best treatment and care. I have been seeing Asten with my own foot problems and she really helped me.

But my mother’s problems were another kettle of fish.

After being in moon boots for both her feet - due to a fracture and twisted ankle, the orthopaedic surgeon who had been treating my mother at the hospital said that she had screaming tendons and referred her to the hospital’s physiotherapist. The physiotherapist’s treatment did not work. Every time she would go to the hospital there was always a new physiotherapist who gave Mum different exercises to do, and the exercises did nothing for Mum - they only aggravated her already bad back and knees. My Mum was in so much pain she couldn’t walk far and the pain was so bad that Mum would be awake all night.

Enough was enough - I took Mum to see Asten at Sole Health Podiatry.

After Asten did her “magic”, Mum has much improved - she no longer is in unbearable pain. Mum is back to walking her dog and walking to the shops and has gained back her independence. Mum no longer spends her days lying in bed and waiting for me to cook her meals. Mum now can stand on her own two feet and cook her own meals without the excruciating pain that she had before Asten’s treatments.

People don’t realise how important your feet are until something goes wrong with them. It is so disabling to have feet with severe problems.

Mum says that she would still have painful ankles and feet if I had not taken her to Asten. Asten is very patient and the appointments are not rushed. Asten really cares so don’t hesitate to see Asten for your foot problems. You won’t be disappointed.

I had my feet done by Asten and i just want to say she is the best podiatrist I have ever been to, the best in the world. I always feel absolutely fantastic walking on clouds. Asten is very knowledgeable and has helped me so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. Thank you very Asten. See you in 6 weeks again.

Asten went above and beyond to fix my ingrown toenail problem that i have had for years booking me in at 6am the next morning just to get me in when she was fully booked to have the nail surgery i needed to get me out of pain,
And now is getting on top of my ankle proplem that i have had for over 10 years that the doc's just brush off, explaining everything clear thoroughly, and being gentle and taking care with her work,
She also takes the time to get to know you and making you feel welcome and comfortable,
So glad i found this place if i could give more stars i would, Thankyou so much, 10/10

I just wanted to express how grateful I am that Asten was the person looking after my daughter. My little one had immense pain in her feet since she was 2 years old. She would wake up min 5 times a night screaming in pain. She's 4 years old now, so it has continued a very long time.

We were lucky to see a pediatrician at the Royal Children's Hospital. He described her pain as growing pains, but even then the amount of pain that she was going through was so much. It was hard to believe it could only be that. My doctor/friend recommended that she see a podiatrist.

At our first appointment, Asten was dedicated to explaining the structure of feet and how it was causing my little one pain. She mentioned that many toddlers have growing pains exacerbated by incorrect alignment of the hips, legs and feet. Her knowledge showed that she was experienced in treating growing pains related to the alignment of bones.

Furthermore, she provided a timeline of how the treatment would pain out. Providing a timeline/plan reassured us that the treatment was being monitored. She measured her feet for specialised insoles. The insoles arrived faster than expected. Within 1 month we started to see results. My little one slept through the night. Then by the end of the 3 months she had no pain. Asten is a blessing. As a parent watching your child suffer in pain is a terrible experience. I wish that no parent goes through that. I'm also writing to all the parents out there that are in my position. If your child has growing pains it seems most logical to see a podiatrist. Asten by far exceeded our expectations. She is knowledgeable and an expert in this field.

I highly recommend this clinic if you need some help with your feet/legs. The podiatrist (Asten) is very pleasing, professional and always graceful. If you're looking for real care for your feet/legs issues with a low cost treatment and a Podiatrist who cares more of helping her patient's ease the pain, give them a try. Asten has all the practical advise for some home-care techniques. My plantar fasciitis on both feet are now all good (just some maintenance) with the help of 'shockwave therapy', orthotics and other home care techniques.

If ur looking for the best podiatrist in the area, look no futher! I cannot believe how lucky ive been this last year to have finally found a podiatrist who i believe to be my miracle worker. (and ive seen a few over the years and none any where near as good) No longer do i have to go through the painful procedures of having ingrown toe nails removed since she took over. Asten is brilliant. She also found other issues with my feet that all the others sadly overlooked. I no longer cringe at the thought of seeing the podiatrist and having someone touch my feet either.she is professional and takes the time to do the job properly whilst putting me at ease as she is even willing to have a chat lol. I have to admit that the whole team are well organized and are very kind and curtious. All willing to go that extra mile. On the whole it is now a really pleasant experience. They gave me fantastic treatment in my both toes, my toes had corn, they did proper treatment for me. My toes are so fantastic now. I highly recommend this sole health podiatrist. I put them 5 star
