I sold my house through Minus The Agent, so I went solo without a real-estate agent. I employed Andy to conduct the auction. He was fantastic as a mentor and gave me a lot of positive encouragement surrounding some decisions I was making during the process leading up to the auction. I got the potential buyers literally into my lounge room for a private auction, and Andy took over from there. I worked with Andy from Sold By Auctions on an auction that marked my agencies first listing in a new territory. It was important that we made a good impression and set a precedent as a professional outfit.
