I’ve tried many times to call or actually go there in person to book an appointment, but have yet to see or hear from a therapist from there. Which is a little disappointing

My husband and I booked via email for relaxation massages at Sol Wellness. Thomas was very accommodating with our request.
The venue is clearly new and has a warm, relaxing environment.
Our therapist was friendly and her touch was with appropriate firmness.
It has a small waiting area.
The music was perhaps a little loud.
