Was very disappointed. Bought 1m of garden soil. Didn’t not notice until we put it down. Had glass and debris in it. Was like concrete after it rained. Water just sitting on top not soaking through. Unfortunately for us, first and last time will be using them

It’s just so much more expensive! Yeah they price match but why not just order from the cheaper place and save time

I don't generally leave reviews. But with the service, punctuality i recieved, i just had too. The notifications allowed me to track the delivery on time. Also shout out to David who made my delivery. Super friendly bloke, really made a the overall experience better with the vibes and conversation we had. Even if it was just brief.it might seem small, but it really made my day. Absolute legend!

Really friendly guys from Ben Kotsch in the shop to the 2 drivers. Great service highly recommend.

On time delivery, product (mulch) was exactly the same as in the picture on their website. The tracking of when my product was leaving and due at my house was spot on.

Courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with at Pakenham SoilWorx. Following their expert advice I ordered the materials that I required and they were delivered the next working day. Even the delivery driver could not have ben more helpful.

Staff are only interested in helping if you place a large orders it seems. I called to find out the dimensions of an item as there was no measurements online, they asked how many I wanted and I replied one, they said they'd check and call me back but they never did. Had bad experience previously and wanted to give them a second chance, but this time was no different. Really disappointing.

I recently gave this place a 5 star review, but after this morning, never going back.
Rang at 8am today to enquire about a topping for nature strip crossover.
Spoke to a woman who recommended a suitable topping.
As I have no idea about the measurements they use for amount required (which I told the woman), I said I removed 5 barrow loads of the previous topping.
I then asked what would that equate to?
She said she needs the exact metreage.
She would have clearly seen that I had no clue.
I've rang other suppliers in the past, and they've always worked it out.
Anyway, this woman then said that unless I gave the exact measurements, she CANNOT help me.
Well I replied that she in fact was no help herself, and I will go elsewhere.
She didn't care, and was happy to lose this customer and my money.
Rang WONGA garden supplies and told them same thing- what a difference good customer service makes.
He told me what one builder's barrow load equals and multiplied it by five and said you will need half a metre for your job!
Done.
He also gave me great advice on adding a cement mix to the topping to give more stability, which they will do for me prior to delivery.
This is how you do service Soilworx.
That woman not only provided hopeless customer service, with no interest of helping someone, she has lost Soilworx business.
Not everyone who rings is a tradesperson, and in the eyes of the Soilworx woman- if you're not, than go away!

Ordered product on Friday afternoon and delivered it Saturday morning. Really pleasent and professional driver. Great service. Thankyou

Ordered 2m of soil and 2m pepples. Was told it could come anywhere between 9am and 5pm. Got a text in the morning saying will be there at 1pm. It didn't come until 515pm. At least the driver was super nice.

Ordered Lawn Mix to get delivered.
Arrived when they said it would which was good, that's why they get 2 stars.
If what they mean by "moderate to low organic matter" is lots of gravel, glass and what appears to be broken bricks then they got it right!
Couldn't tell it was in there until I'd watered it in and we had a heap of rain over the next couple of days.
I'm assuming the little balls of dirt I thought was clay was actually the gravel etc wrapped in the soil.
Won't go there again, very disappointed.

Have bought numerous 20Kg bags of veg.soil, potting mix. The product/s are better IMO than those that are available at large hardware outlets and the service and friendly reception at Pakenham is spot on.

One of the best customer service I've had so far this year & I highly recommend these guys. I've ordered some pebbles for my garden & I wanted it delivered ASAP. It was delivered on time & perfectly unloaded to where I needed the pebbles. Love the SMS updates on the delivery.

Very poor service, ordered a cubic metre of red bark/mulch through bunnings and decided to deliver it in a huge truck as though they were going to deliver 400 tonnes. Obviously because of the size of the truck, the driver couldn’t get anywhere near the house because overhead power lines so dropped it on the nature strip -loose and half spilt on to the road. So after a 12hour shift had to barrow it up to the house as we have a house valuation tomorrow. Not the drivers fault just the idiot management that sent him out in a truck more suitable to mine work than driving around a residential area.

Very good customer service. I have bought small amounts of products, and have always been treated very well. I would recommend this business to anyone.

First time visit today. I don't know much about gardening and landscaping but the guy that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable their prices were very good better than Bunnings on everything i purchased. Will be back
