The gentleman I met at SoHo was outstandingly helpful, easily dealing with my picky style and with ease finding the perfect suit for my upcoming event. I couldn’t be more grateful. This will be where I suit shop from now on. You will find everything from double breasted suits to stand out print tuxedos so for whatever dress code they will have you covered

Came in on a busy Sunday and was greeted by a friendly old gentleman (on the larger side) who helped me pick out a wonderful suit for my brothers wedding! Couldn’t recommend more!

Came in during Black Friday with my husband to find a suit for a wedding. Service was incredible even though the store was filled with people the staff were all so helpful and seemed interested in us and we ended up having a great laugh with them. Will definitely be back again.

Stopped in with my wife before lunch to look for a new jacket. The older man at the counter was chewing gum and flicking over some paperwork. Didn't even look at us or show any interest that we were in his store.we did a lap around the store and still nothing. A young asian lady came from the back as we walked past. She smiled, said hello, got something in the store and went out the back again never to be seen. I walked over to the man at the counter. Stood there for over a minute and he didn't even look up at me.my wife couldn't believe it. Neither could I! We walked away in amazement of such poor service.
Honestly would give them 0 stars if we could.
Went to Hugo Boss and found a fantastic jacket and got amazing service as usual.

I had two suits from Chadstone Store for my wedding, I was so happy with the quality and fitting, great costumer service, definitely will go back

I had the worst experience in this store, will never shop here again, the older man who works as a sales assistant was very arrogant, and did not listen to what I wanted, very narrow, did not respect what the actually customer needs!
