SOH Melbourne

After spending $150 on candles, I had a message to say they had been delivered at 8.08am. When arriving home there were no candles. Strange…
So I look into CCTV for the day and what would you know - not one package delivered to my address all day.
I sent an email to the customer service team explaining what had happened.
Luckily I had a call from the apartment block next to mine after sending the email advising the package was delivered there. Very nice of them.
Today, 3 days later I receive an email from customer service advising me that it was delivered correctly as the delivery company doesn’t make mistakes and suggesting I check with neighbours and look at my CCTV.
What a disgraceful customer service attempt. Your delivery driver did deliver incorrectly and not once was there a sorry or an offer to replace if they couldn’t be found.

Unfortunately my candles arrived damaged in transit.
I received a prompt email response and replacements sent express delivered next day along with a complimentary item. Fantastic customer service from Johnny - Sales Manager and team. Products are amazing. Great quality. Well done SoH!
