Great experience and result!
I booked an appointment as I have a wedding to go to, and I was very impressed! This was my first time getting my nails done, and I found that the shop was immaculately styled, I loved the industrial vibe. Rita was fun to chat to and very gentle:)

While the colour isn’t exactly what I wanted (wanted more of a dark red) it’s very close and they look great anyway! The nails themselves are comfortable and strong, I highly recommend:)

Always leave my appointment so pleased with the work that Rita and her lovely team do. Fantastic service with a great range of services available.

Experienced a very poor service here both in quality and customer experience.

Myself and two friends came to get gel nails and were immediately rushed into picking colours.
We were told that they couldn’t do the designs we wanted and were again rushed into choosing something else. When one of my friends suggested a different colour to use, the nail tech sighed and slammed the first bottle onto the table.

I said I like to keep my nails short and she immediately went into cutting them all the way down, then filing even further to the point of pain. Cuticles were also cut painfully without being pushed back first.

Gel polish was left under our nails and we exited feeling shocked by the unprofessionalism of the whole experience.

With lots of salons in the area, I recommend going somewhere else!

I am a client at Sobella Nails and have nothing but praise for Rita and her team. The choice of colour is extensive and they have Builder Gel Nails as well as SNS and Shellac. I always arrive on time as a courtesy and have never had to wait long. I am always happy with the quality of my nails and they last about 5 weeks which is amazing. The Salon is very clean and decor relaxing.
I highly recommend Sobella Nails, especially compared to some other nail salons where it feels like you are on a production line.

Would give 0 stars if I could. First time customer and told sorry we can’t do your service - asked twice to correct the French tip nicely as they were all different lengths and it was very obvious. Was told to leave despite nicely letting her know she didn’t fix the nails to match the same length, al freehand. I suspect the reviews on Google for this shop are fake.

I came to Sobella for the first time for my nails before heading overseas. The first girl who worked on my nails did some mess. My nail were long and she made them very short and too round around the corners I was so close to cry. Another lady came and took over the job. She tried to fix the shape so my nails got even shorter! Anyway, after they finished a simple shellac for me, I found bubbles in some of my nails and also edges don’t look good at all. I had a bad experience, and I am not recommending their services at all!

Love my nails. Molly and Rita are super friendly and the salon is beautiful and really clean. Not manic as they do bookings only so you don’t leave there feeling rushed. Would 100% recommend.

After a number of questionable experiences and almost having given up on thinking there's work ethic.here comes sobella nails. Fantastic! For many good reasons!

Was able to book online, with no wait at the venue. Lin showed me all colours and when I wanted a different one they worked together to find me a match.

Lin asked about which shape I wanted and then she compared all nails to ensure they were same length and shape! Amazing

Once I was finished they asked if I was happy with the service and I paid what I booked for. In short, reviews are indicative of their work!

If I can give 10 stars, I absolutely give it to Sobella. Rita (the owner) is so professional, kind and lovely I did my appointment so rush (unexpected one) but still I have the excellent experience in this nail salon. I love it Highly Recommended

The salon owner Rita is so lovely and down to earth! I felt very comfortable and welcome at Sobella. The interior is beautiful and spotless! New nail spa with very cool interior. Very different from normal traditional nail salon, from decor to service provided. Got my SNS and waxing done by Rita. She is very professional and highly skilled. Highly recommended.
