Just had my 1st Myotherapy massage by Litara.very impressed. Litara ironed out some of my kinks and I have booked another massage for next week ‍️

It’s an amazing facility and the professionals really know their stuff. Excellent bedside manner. Soaring Health is one of the rare places where they focus on care.

I visited Sandra for Physiotherapy on a strain in my leg. She has given me some very easy exercises that are easily intergrated into my daily routine. Very professional and approachable. This has to be one of the best massages (if not the only one) i have got in a very long time! The place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. Litara was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. Definitely coming back here again and finally a good massage/myotherapy place nearby!

Appointment with physio was good and informative
But Bit dissappointed on booking and membership option as it was not made clear that i have to book all free assessments on the same day. I was under the impression that we can book 1st and rest later.

First physio appt with Nav was great. Top advice on steps to improve posture and help fix neck/back issues. Will definitely be back.
