So I am not sponsored by this brand, but I have to spread awareness as it's so good. Soap Opera! Their products are 100% pure and natural, and I am serious when I tell you I swear by this brand. I have suffered with acne prone, sensetive, oily skin for quite sometime. But since using their products my skin has never felt so good! All my skin problems are gone.

Customer service was very friendly.very informatand helpful about products and was able to answer questions and such without getting annoyed.the testers were super useful when wanting to buy the products as u get to smell and actually use them.shop was very clean and aesthethically pleasing.it smells really good!

I have been purchasing product from Soap Opera since James started the business.
I have rosacea and I find the soap does not aggravate my skin.
I also regularly use the facial scrub, Soothe body butter and body scrub.
It is great supporting a local small business with quality products.

First time I saw sphere shaped soap. What a great idea! I wished I had more time with the only one sales person who was trying to serve two other customers.

We went to Olinda months ago from Hobart and came across this gorgeous shop as I saw a sign for eczema soothing products. We bought lots of soaps and the facial serum for my Mum who has eczema, she loves it. The soaps are long lasting and do not irritate at all. I recently developed a small dry red patch under my eye from stress and have purchased the facial serum to use on it and it seriously has faded the redness and made it less dry. I am writing this only after two days of using it mind you! It is comforting to know exactly what I am putting on before makeup as appose to the eye creams with 100 ingredients I can't pronounce!

Walked by the Olinda store and was immediately intrigued by the oil-diffuser they had running out front. My mum and i walked in and was greeted by a kind staff member named Maddy who provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end of our shopping experience. She was very knowledgeable on all their products and my mum and i were super impressed at how great she was with her recommendations for pairing oils together. Once we purchased 4 oils we were heading out when we then walked by their hand lotions! Again Maddy was amazing at recommending which lotions would be good for what, we left with the lavender and have been using it daily since as well as running the oils in the diffuser! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Maddy for the amazing service you provided us over the weekend, its very rare to find good customer service these days:) we will definitely be back!

Beautiful quality products that feel so luxurious on the skin and have the best scent. I went to your Monbulk store and purchased the lavender body lotion, balance body scrub and soothing/ nourishing hand wash. I am so impressed with the consistency of the body lotion. It glides on the skin and absorbs so quickly. Skin is left feeling so soft and supple. Thank you so much for my amazing products. I will be back soon!

We’ve been to SoapOpera a couple of times now, they have fantastic products with clean and refreshing scents.

The service here is amazing - everyone we have dealt with has taken time to discuss our issues and find products suitable for our needs. They’ve got some amazing creams for eczema and we are trying oils to help manage hay fever.

Highly recommended for the products, staff knowledge and friendly advice. Check them out next time you are in Olinda.

I absolutely love this shop. The soaps are non drying and smell absolutely decadent and the essential oil range is amazing! The lady very happily made a massage oil blend for me with the essential oils that I wanted in the ratios that I wanted. Great customer service and beautiful range of products

I was disappointed to find that palm oil (plantation only) was an ingredient used in the natural unscented body butter I purchased. I know that not all your products use it, however I think you need to be transparent on your website with regards to ingredients, instead of stating “key ingredients” only.

We bought four 12mls essential oil bottles. Two had a good volume and the other two were only two thirds full. Very disappointing!

Great store in Olinda, service is 5 stars, venue and store is fantastic, products are amazing, products are natural and Australian sourced. Staff are nice and very knowledgeable of their products. The store can get quite busy but if you can get a chance have a chat to James you wont be disappointed, just tell him what you are after or ask about products in store and he will go into detail about them.recommended a visit

Absolutely AMAZING products, the soaps are so beautiful and the natural essential oils will make your bathroom smell devine. I've just tried the suger scrub too and I will definitely be going back for more, they're the best I've tried and my skin smells so great for hours afterwards. Very knowledgeable and friendly service, wil help will all your needs and/or concerns. These are truly top quality products and worth every scent. Highly recommend to all.

Authentic no bs owner, consistent with the products. After years of trying different products I gave up on finding anything that works for my gardeners hands. Soap opera products work. I'll will be a regular customer. Great job soap opera.

Highly recommend these products. I am a huge fan of the Soothe body butter. Its the only thing I have found to that really helps dry hands. I've had great customer service experience, with James going above and beyond to help me send a wrapped gift directly to Mum while I am overseas.
