BEWARE! Complete destroyed my best blazer. All buttons came back completely scratched. The jacket was practically brand new and of very high quality - the buttons are metal not plastic. They were black buttons and now the jacket looks terrible. So so sad.

The lady in this store does amazing clothes alterations. So good in fact that I had to inspect my item of clothing very hard to see where the initial problem was and where she had fixed it. I've been to this place twice now and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for perfect clothing alterations.

Extremely happy with the services of Soap and Suds. My Airbnb laundry has been perfectly laundered and ironed for the past year. No problems with stains or colour. My laundry will be picked up from my house and dropped off 2 days later at absolutely no cost to me! Any queries are answered almost instantly and they communicated all their pick ups and drop offs perfectly. Would highly highly recommend them if you need a very flexible and cost effective service!

I would never EVER recommend using this company.

I dropped off 15 business shirts for a wash and iron and when I picked them up some of them had underarm stains and were very smelly (I don't believe they washed them and just ironed over the worn shirts causing the stain) and they all had a mark in the same place on the lower right front side.

I returned the shirts and pointed out both the stain and marks. I was asked to leave them with the lady as she needed to speak with her Manager. It was suggested they try and wash them again, but I made it very clear to her that the shirts are not to be washed again and they were to call me before doing anything.

The following week I called to follow this up and was told they were not yet ironed after the wash. I reiterated that they were not meant to be washed, especially without ringing me first! I went down the following day and was told the stains won't come out and when I mentioned the marks on all shirts the lady had no idea what I was talking about. She called her manager and when she came back to me she advised that being it was 48 hours after the original wash they cannot help.

What a joke. They were happy to re-wash the shirts (without my permission) when I took them back, but once they realised they couldn't remove the marks they wiped their hands. 15 shirts ruined.

Do NOT take your clothes here.

Fantastic service. Great job dry cleaning my clothes. I had a jacket with quite a few stains on it and when picked it up today, they were gone. They even had a tag that said "Your Garment has had our closest attention". That made me feel valued. Recommend this place to everyone.

Was half sceptical walking into Soap n Suds with such a small timeline for a small alteration and clean on a pair of dress pants however they really pulled through - great quality and a great price, will definitely be returning in the future!

WARNING: Do not use this company if you like your clothes. My clothes were returned in very poor condition (with stains that were not there before). One item also needed to be altered but they had forgotten about this (with no apology). I am someone who can appreciate human error however, when the service is extremely poor as the company does not accept responsibility, it's not okay. The manager of the business was rude and unsympathetic and did not even offer to refund me for the alternation that I was quoted for but never received or the stains. Now I have to replace the items that are damaged. Please don't make the same mistake as I did.

I've dropped items off a few times here and gone to pick them up with no repairs made over to the items, despite them being marked and written up on the docket. I got sick of this and took a pair of pants that they *didn't* repair to another tailor. When I went to pick up other items on the same docket at this shop, I advised the owner of what I'd done. He was belligerent and told me off for taking them somewhere else. When I told him that I'd had this happen a few times and was sick of this level of "service", and why would I come back to this store when they clearly can't get the job done, he raised his voice and was really argumentative.

I wouldn't recommend going here, unless you want to get belittled in a shop full of people. I'd recommend going to any other repair shop but here.

This place is never open. On multiple occasions I have attempted to drop off dry-cleaning, and the office is unattended or a 'back in 30 minutes' sign is displayed on the door. Don't even think of dropping your dry-cleaning off before 10am on weekdays. They will not be open.

Did a great job on my work trousers and even ironed a shirt last minute for me. Highly recommended!
