I am more than disappointment. I got a gel/shellac manicure last Wednesday. It has been ONE week and the polish is peeling off. I chose this manicure because it’s meant to be hard and long lasting, letting my natural nails grow underneath. Instead I have been left with flimsy, peeling nail polish. I want to be compensated

Most rude and unwilling nature by staff. I would suggest not to go there at all. The work was so unprofessional.

I had a great woman today who had glasses on, can’t fault her, but my mum had the girl with peroxided blonde hair and she was so bloody rude and grumpy.if you don’t want to work there, don’t! Learn some customer service skills. Won’t be back.

From the moment we walked in they where rude I ended walking out because they hurt my foot and didn't even acknowledge my issue and then kept going with the pedicure so I walked out

Horrible. Got a pedicure and manicure, they cut me twice, didn’t moisturise my hands or feet, didn’t use cuticle oil, they’re unhygienic, overpriced and the cheap polish came off within a few days. I don’t recommend.

I had both a gel pedicure and gel manicure done today. After a 5 minute wait (it was 12.30), I had the same nail tech for both and while we did have a bit of a language issue, she did a great thorough and careful job.

I advise anyone who reads this review not to visit the SNS Exclusive at Eastland unless you want to be treated rudely and unprofessionally. When I went to get my gel nail polish removed, because of the negligence of the staff member she broke my nail and I had to end up cutting all my nails. When my aunt and mum went yesterday it was the same scenario. My aunt requested the staff to cut her mail shorter during a pedicure and she was told to cut it her self. Such service places also need to recruit staff who can speak and understand English. When I spoke to the manager this morning he blamed my aunty and didn’t accept what happened. Poor customer service. Unprofessional and rude staff. As I told the manager, my family and I will never visit them or recommend anyone to as well.

I am very disappointed because I loved the place and the cleanliness and my nails look really good but unfortunately I also had a pedicure with shellac polish done (with a different girl) on Saturday and half of them peeled on Monday night. That was a waste of money

Very overpriced and the quality is poor. I'll not be returning again after consistently bad service.
