Snowgum Factory Outlet

Today 15th April 2023 I went to Snowgum to buy a variety of things for myself and my young daughter. After trying on some boots, my daughter said she needed to go to the bathroom. After asking the staff if we could use the facilities we were told 'no' walk down to the petrol station. We walked through the drizzle for about 5-7 minutes, we were also informed we could not use their tolilet either. This resulted to us trudging back to the store, leaving several hundred dollars worth of things we were intending on getting in the store and having to drive down to the Maccas as it was seriously raining by this time. I did announce to my family we would need to leave as my daughter was going to wet her pants, yet not a single care from your staff. Very poor form for your staff to not let a little girl use your facilities, send them to facilities that cannot be accessed and not give a hoot that a little girl was about to wet her pants in your store resulting in the family to leave. Very poor form Snowgum staff, use your common sense. So angry, we had travelled 1.5hrs to get there and had to leave empty handed! Poor form! Oh and I know you have a toilet at your store, so no excuse to let a child use them.

Very good range of camping and bushwalking gear at very reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Staff is friendly, helpful and professional with a good knowledge of their products. Products are of high quality at reasonable price. I have been shopping at this store for years and still come back regularly to get products for my family.

Love the Snowgum Factory Outlet! They have lots of varieties of the snow gear and even just some winter clothing. Their prices are cheaper as well than some other stores that sell snow gear. Very recommended.

Has a range of bushwalking gear. Factory outlet hours could be more user friendly. As if you work during the day you can not get there.
But due to covid and outlet not been opened.
I purchased gear on line. Great service either online or in the outlet

Unsure who shops here, I just wanted some camping gear and while she was helpful, it’s definitely lacking whatever it is that it needs to make people feel welcomed.

Has some good stuff at reasonable prices. However most is out of season clothes etc, e.g snow gear in summer, can do well if you plan ahead. Generally is a small amount of in season stuff but camping gear and accessories, backpacks etc are always in season. Worth a look.

Staff know their stock, which covers pretty much everything you might need and can provide practical advice

Great place to find cheaper Snowgum clothing. Staff are amazing at finding the righ sleeping bag, tents, and camping mattresses.

Not all the sizes were available. I called first to confirm whether or not it was available and the answer was yes, but nothing could be found when we got there.

Hopeless rude manager, apologetic sales lady ordered gear came back in on nominated day. Wouldnt let us pre pay to confirm order. Came back only 2 of 3 items in stock denied the conversation with son. Changed his ordering s tory continually. Just rude and unhelpful. A stark contrast to Macpac who know their gear and dont waste your time.

Good place with excellent outdoor gear. I had some jackets for daily use for almost ten years. The place is smaller than it used to be but has got same amount of stock as before.

Great range, the staff member I spoke with was helpful and no-nonsense. The Snowgum website isn't bad, but sometimes it's essential to try on clothes/footwear/equipment so I'm glad they have this store.

Best to venture instore to get the best deals. Better prices and variety to be had than online or in the catalog specials.

Visited store on & off since Snowgum outlet opened in this location (as well as previous location) & earlier today. Staff are very helpful & friendly esp. Mark. Have bought thermal wear, Gondwana shirts, hiking poles, accessories, triple layered rain jackets - one has lasted fabulously for years despite being well-worn & manhandled. Today's purchases was a whole heap of uv-rated long sleeved shirts & travel accessories on specials. Have always been very happy with both service & quality

Easy to walk around and find what I needed. Staff were helpful and nice. Prices were cheaper but fair.
