Snow Ski Apartments

Great rooms and views. Heater is nice and warm and beds are ok. The hike to the top room with the boards and bags were a hassle as there is no lift.

Apartment 34

2 bedroom apartment. Beds crammed agaist a wall to fit into the tiny rooms. You need to climb over you partner to access both sides of the bed.
Kitchen/dinning/lounge all in one. Nice view of gums tree and a slither of mountines. Lots of stair to get too.great drying cupboard.

Very poor quality toilet paper provide not enough for a family of 4 for 3 days and only one small hotel sized soap bar.

At the very bottom (basement) of the complex.

Over fine, but incredibly expensive for what is.

Very convenient location as we can just take the Eagle chair lift just outside our main door. Rooms are well heated and fully equipped with all amenities. Check in and out process was hassle-free.

Came to snow ski with my family was a lovely place to stay and the manager was fantastic lots of local knowledge.
Amazing location in the bowl close to everything.

These units are located perfectly. Check in and out was easy, but there is no reception. You get a code via an app to open the door Lots of space and reasonably well maintained.

Snow Ski Apartment 23: Loved our Easter long weekend stay! Very well equipped apartment and ideal location for Easter activities in the Village Bowl and MTBing. Family of 4 with two kids, and it was perfect size. Would recommend to others.

I am truly in shock by the serviced provided by Snow Ski Apartments and now I am having to take the issue to VCAT to deal with as the managers have stopped replying to emails. They took my money illegally and now will not return the paid amount. What a shame such a small business has acted in this way that requires VCAT to solve. Do not recommend them at all and I am truly appalled by what has happened.

We loved our stay! And will be booking in for all our future stays at Falls Creek. The staff were extremely accomodating. Our apartment we couldn’t fault, it was HUGE! Very clean and had the best views of the summit from our large balcony. Only a stones throw from Eagle chair lift and the Frying Pan. 10/10

Terrible service from the managers, taken our money and not replying to emails. Wouldn’t recommend at all and definitely staying somewhere else!

Great customer service!
We had a large booking at Snow Ski Apartments and had to cancel due to lockdown. They refunded all costs except for a small $100 admin fee. A much better experience than the NSW location we had to cancel with when their regional area shut down, loosing our entire booking payment. Thanks to the team at Snow Ski for looking after us!

Nice accommodation, ski in ski out access. A bit small but to be expected in the snow country. Accommodation a little run down but still good, has everything you need for a week.

Great accomodation! It is in a perfect spot and the apartment was beautifully renovated. To top it off I also left my Apple Watch in the room and the team mailed it back to me at no extra charge. We would definitely stay here again ️

It was the worst experiences that I’ve never ever had. Poor customer service and untidy room which totally ruined my family’s holiday.
I will definitely not come to this apartment again.

Absolutely the best location on the mountain. Right next to 2 lifts, with excellent views, and close to equipment hire, food and drinks. Very spacious, warm and cosy.

Highly recommend Snow Ski Apartments - Apartment 23. Very clean, great views, awesome ski in/ski out, fantastic location to chairlifts and walking trails, close to great coffee shops, exceeded my expectations, lovely staff, will certainly be back!

Apartment 33 @ Snow Ski Apartments

Pros:
- Good location
- Clean
- Warm and comfortable
- New kitchen

CONS: MANAGEMENT!
- When we arrived, there was a slight crack on the dining room table. Due to being first time apartment renters and young students, we forgot to report it
- When we checked out 2 days later, the owners deducted $1000 from our bond for the crack which WE DID NOT CAUSE
- I understand that we didn't report it in the first place so we are held liable for that damage that was already there
- However, a deduction of $1000 for a crack on what seems to be a $300~ table seems OVERPRICED to me
- Even though we had photographic evidence that we did not cause the crack, the owners still deducted the money
- A mutual agreement between the two parties would have been a way better option!
- We are students as well so that large sum of money is difficult for us to pay off
- I just hope this confusion can be sorted out and that no one has to experience this whilst staying at Snow Ski Apartments

Felt so bad, terrible and suck, ruined my holiday due to the staffs in snow ski apartments and I won’t go there again. The deposit was 1500 dollars and we didn’t damage anything in the accommodation, but they deducted 1000 dollars and then called us said ‘ we deducted yr deposit 1000 dollars because u damage the table’. The fact is, the table was damaged before we checked in and we’ve drove 5 hours from Melbourne city to snow ski apartment, we were so tired and didn’t report the table was damaged immediately. However, they can’t deducted 1000 dollars before told us. It was unreasonable that they took us 1000 dollars. When we called the manager at snow ski apartment back and said if we have evidence to provide we never damage the table will you pay back 1000 dollars? They just hung up the phone and nobody answer the phone although we called back twice. We get angry and report to the police. Don’t and never book snow ski apartment, otherwise it will ruined your holiday and waste your money.
