Ordered some items online, delivery was fast. An item was missing, but the moment this was brought to their attention it was rectified swiftly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service at Collingwood from Baxter and Riley. So helpful with the chains and gear.

Didn't get to hire ski gear as they were short staffed and were not accepting any on-the-day-of hiring.

The team at Snow Monkey Mt Hotham are awesome. They remember you, wish you well and are genuine in making sure you have an amazing trip. I was broken after bringing my own board to snowboard, Scott was an absolute gem and his service is awesome. He made me feel confident in getting back out there and helping me with ski hire after not wanting to get back out there. Loz was awesome too and Jack was so helpful after my board was set up with a different stance he changed it for me no questions asked and was more than happy to help me. Richard your team is amazing and their service is the best! Everyone we spoke to in your team was accomodating, helpful and just wanting to make sure you were ok. Make sure you go here for all your hire, clothing / equipment purchases etc.

Just spent the opening weekend up at mount Hotham and rented some gear from the team at the Jack Frost hire shop. Everyone was really helpful and there was a really good vibe in the place, but Scott was an absolute legend and sorted me out with some gear quickly, which is what you want when time is ticking on that day pass. Really friendly guy who seemed to be able to help me out while managing a bunch of other people during the hectic morning rush. I'll be back next year for opening weekend and will be back to snow monkey I reckon.

Hoping you find time to buy some snow gear this Christmas. It was a bug start to the season - but then nothing. Snow monkey fitted our bindings. Service and quality was great

Rather then waiting in the que at Buller or any other snow destination, this is the place to rent or buy your stuff, best thing is they don't charge you from the day you pick up, your rental starts next day when you are off to your destination and same us the return, very friendly and helpful staff, snow monkey there sticker is on my jeep now

Always good service, excellent knowledge on how to set up skii's and snowboards, prices for gear and chain hire are usually better than what you can get via the Hotham resort even with an Epic pass with more convenient pickup options in either Collingwood or Ovens.

Good sale prices occasionally on clothing but other gear can be a bit more expensive than other stores, but can be higher quality so may be worth looking at.

Business has the wrong opening hours. Took a half hour tram to find out they aren't open Monday - Wednesday

Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. I was after a particular item, they found it and called me back. When i needed help with online purchase, they guided me via email. The item arrived within the time expected and I'm very pleased. Thank you Tom and Richard

Great, friendly staff with great customer service, they definatley know their stuff. We have hired at the collingwood store before and bought ski gear at the same store. Value for money and great service every time

We had a terrible experience at the Hotham store. The staff were not friendly and when I said my helmet wasn't comfortable I was told "helmets are just not comfortable" They reluctantly changed it for me to one that was fine. They also appeared to actively dislike children.

Terrible service! First time we rented skis we were told they had heaps of stock and by the time we got there everything was gone and we had to take skis that were too long. This happened the second time as well so we were left without any skis even though we called to make sure they had enough stuff this time around. They also screwed up fixing a scratch in my snowboard. The filled with this stuff that came out the next time I rode it. I would never go back there.

Pretty sure it's actually run by monkeys. Most haphazard customer care I've had for quite a while.

Haven't meet face to face but my dealings over the phone and internet have been less the good.
Been waiting for a refund for a month and everyone at this place seems to be missing in action.
I will get my money!

Pre hired gear, on pickup no chains. Need to source chains elsewhere on route meaning no discount on other chains + more time. Will be out of pocket.

Probably the best, cheapest and highest quality service and product you're going to get in Melbourne. No arrogant staff like many other stores, and the discounts are great!
