When the party hire company we had originally booked let us down abysmally 4 hours before the party, we were left without a slushy machine. Where other hire companies weren't even answering their phones, Elia at Snow Flow saved the day. He went out of his way to help us out and the slushies were an absolute hit. His customer service and expert advice was above and beyond. We will definitely use Snow Flow again in future and highly recommend Elia and his dedicated team.

Please do not buy any equipment from this company.service is rude. The owner is a liar. He try to swap a 2nd hand parts and say to me is a new parts for my Machine.bad service

Took my machine that had been used less than 10 times to be fixed as it wasn't freezing, owner was rude and claimed to fix it, when using the machine the same issue occured. Owner claims to have ran the machine for 24hrs but didn't even have it that long. Not only is he rude, a liar and a waste of time but he isn't even intelligent about it. Regretful purchase and waste of time going there twice to get my machine fixed, wish I had of looked at these reviews before calling him.

These guys are great! We have 1 day a month at the salon called ‘Funday’ and we decided to hire a fairy floss machine! It was dropped off, the directions of use were explained really clearly and it was picked up again (they even clean it for you) - they even worked around a public holiday! Thanks so much for the great service:)
