We had an excellent shopping experience with James, who made good recommendations based on our budget and needs and was super patient while we tried and retried each mattress. He also gave us a very good deal on top of the advertised discount. We are very happy with James' service.

When we first went to Springvale Snooze, we were ready to buy a bed we liked.on the spot, and had every intention of purchasing it then and there. However, the sales woman that approached us was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. This lady completely put us off, and we left the store that night with no intention of coming back to springale Snooze and dealing with the obnoxious woman.

However, despite ourselves, we came back the next day to look at the bed again as we had really liked it. Luckily (and thankfully) we had a different sales representative, Alan.
Alan was extremely helpful, friendly, and gave us a great price on the bed. We bought it then and there, and are extremely appreciative of the assistance he gave us. If you go to this Snooze, ask for Alan. If you are approached by a middle aged grumpy looking woman, kindly ask for another sales rep.

David provided excellent customer service and made sure that I found a mattress that suited my preferences (and my tight budget). A very enjoyable and easy experience overall!

Alan from springvale was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Unfortunately they did not have the mattress in stock I was after and had to pick it up from another store. Hopefully my new bed is as good as the service that Alan provided.

After going to a few bedding/mattress stores in this complex I was lucky enough to deal with Julia. She was extremely helpful and offered discounts on both a mattress and a wooden frame. If I need anything in the future I’ll be coming back to this store to happily deal with the customer service team again.

Peter was excellent and made the experience of buying a mattress enjoyable and easy. He engaged with us and was patient and knowledgeable. Thanks Peter.

We lay on the Snooze profiler bed to try it out, thinking it was a mattress and an older sales assistant used a berating attitude to explain it wasn’t a mattress. It was a very uninviting experience, and we tried to leave as quickly as possible, while her eyes followed us around in an impatient manner. Definitely deal with one of the other assistants, or go to another snooze if she’s the only available assistant.

Julia provided me with excellent service in choosing my bed and mattress. I walked out happy and confident that I’ll sleep well.

After visiting quite a few bedding stores, I was lucky enough to have met Peter, the manager from Snooze Springy. He was very helpful and listened to our requirements assisted us with all our needs. One of our biggest requirements was for the items to be all Australian made. We ended up depositing on a beautiful Aussie made bed frame (Eastwood), side drawers and mattress and we're delighted he looked after us in terms of pricing too. Thanks again for everything Peter and keep up the great work!
